The proof is on the counter and floor, as it pours from the faucet.

BEWARE CINDERELLA MOTEL!! The lazy management would rather throw you out, than even admit that there is an issue in the room, even when presented with video evidence. I was staying for what would have been my third night, but when I tried to mention to the manager that the sink had a leak, I was told. "No it doesn't, you can't have a different room, either take this one or get out." when I tried to explain where the leak was, I was told "you're not a plumber" then when I got back to check back in for day 3 because they had to clean, she ended up putting me in a different room anyways, despite never admitting to any issue with the first room. Then just when I got settled into my new room, I went to use the sink to get some water for my dog, and that's when I found the sink was not only leaking as well, but now more severely than it was in my previous room. I took a video and brought it up to the manager, simply so that she would know it was leaking water on the floor, I didn't want her to think it was me. I was polite and curtious when I approached and showed her this video. She looked at it for 2 seconds, and then become highly aggressive. "YOU'RE NOTHING BUT TROUBLE, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GET OUT" I was honestly shook by this because I was completely calm and didn't raise my voice at her whatsoever... I tried to reason with her, I told her that I wasn't trying to cause an issue, or asking for a change of room or anything, I simply wanted to make her aware, so that she knew it was leaking water on the floor. She continued to yell at me, despite me remaining completely calm. She then tells me "GIVE ME MY KEY AND GET OUT OR I'M CALLING THE COPS." then she calls up the cops... at this point I was so confused I just gave up, and i packed my room back up, and left. After I returned the key, and got my money back, I requested to have the information to contact the owner, because I wanted to let them know what happened here, she outright refused to provide me their info, or even a business card. I told her that I would get the contact info one way or another regardless, and she egged me on saying "DO YOUR JOB THAN" I asked her if she didn't want to give me their info because she knew that she would get in trouble and she replied "OH YEAH I'M SHAKING IN MY BOOTS." I was prior to this incident a loyal and returning guest of Cinderella, having stayed successfully multiple times without any issue. As a result of this one woman, I will likely never return to this establishment, and I will make sure to tell everyone that I can about what type of operation they are running behind those dilapidated, shiesty doors.

Nope. Nope. Nope. Never again. We come to Hollister EVERY year since I was a child. We usually go to Wiebe motel and have a wonderful visit. We were short on cash and decided to stay here since it was cheaper. My parents rented one room and I rented another. We had such an awful time we will never stay here again. These are photos of hotel room #4. Outlets were over used and broken. There was MOLD under the sink, very bad for being a severe asthmatic. The floors were FILTHY. I took a shower and walked around, by the time I was ready for bed I had to wash my feet they were so gross. The beds were filthy. I woke up with bug bites of some kind. The front desks dogs bark bright and early at 9 am. Our mirror was broken which was a hazard. Also the TV service was interrupted ever 5 minutes with an error message.Phone did NOT work, what if there was an emergency? Shower head was broken and sprayed everywhere. Now besides the absolute disastrous conditions of the hotel rooms but the treatment by management takes the cake. My mother who is an older women was showering when all of a sudden the power goes out. My mom panicked and was frightened. She reached for a towel only to realize there were no towels set for their room. She used a body rag to dry up. By the time she reached the front she was frustrated. The owner BLAMED my mother for the power going out because my mom had "too much plugged in". She then refused to give my mother more towels and pretty much hate glared us the rest of our stay. I forgot my electronic cig in my room and when I called to ask if they had it she yelled at me again. Seriously, DO NOT STAY HERE.

Filthy!

A friend suggested I call and see if they had conference rooms at the Fairfield inn. I did and I was thrilled when it was available. The room wasn't huge but it was perfect for what we needed. We were able to pull it together and move the party with 3 days. We had other amazing vendors that helped with that part however we could not have done it without the accommodating the staff was able to do for us. It's not a fancy event hall or a chic venue but it was perfect size for our princess tea party. The GM Hayley was super helpful and helped us get everything aligned. Sophia at the front desk was so sweet and for only having worked there for 3 months very knowledgeable and professional. When we arrived for set up and needed things moved the maintenance staff was on it right away. I will absolutely be using this facility if it's needed in the future.

A very warm welcome, helpful suggestions about where to dine locally, a fantastic room with private shower, a cute candy station with lovely tasty treats for a few pennies while watching TV. Trisha and Greg are wonderful people and really make a weary traveller more than welcome. We were sad to leave after only 1 night would love to have had longer here. For breakfast we were served up the most AMAZING Zucchini and cheese frittata and churro pancakes. Yum! You won't regret staying here in the large comfy beds. We were so lucky to find the Joshua Inn that by the end of it we didn't want to leave! The owners, Greg and Trish, were so kind and hospitable during our stay. We would wake-up in the morning to the smell of fresh coffee just outside of our bedroom door with a delicious gourmet breakfast in the beautifully decorated dining room, and then end our evenings with a lovely glass, or two, of wine and a handful of goodies from the dessert bar located in one of the sitting rooms. The house if filled with lots of knickknacks that were fun to look at, Trish's little box of essential oils that you may smell, a variety of books you can thumb through while enjoying some time on the outdoor patio, and a television in the living room in case you want to just veg out. Our rooms, the Kuschel Suite and the Captains Quarters, were upstairs and offered a cozy place to lay your head down at night. My room, the Captains Quarters, was themed very much as you might think -sailor-esque -  with a queen sized bed and a small half bath within the room. My friends room, the Kuschel Suite, featured a spacious full bath with a lovely claw foot tub with a great water pressure rain shower. Since I didn't have a shower in my room, the Kuschel Suite and the Captains Quarters shared the use of the shower/tub. One of my favorite parts of our stay was their sweet dog, SUGAR BEAR! I just wanted to pick him up and cuddle him anytime he scurried by. He would come and greet you anytime you walked through the door, which is always nice. Greg and Trish are such wonderful people to sit and talk to. Their hospitality truly made it feel as if we were at home talking with our families around the fireplace. The Joshua Inn has so much character and I loved looking through all the history regarding the home. The name, Joshua Inn,  has so much meaning behind it of itself. It's the attention to detail that makes this place so special. This was my first time staying at a B&B and the Joshua Inn definitely set the bar high for all of the future B&B visits.

As for the rooms have very much to be desired. There are no real handicapped amenities, don't sit on the beds besides the weight of a feather. All the outlets are very old and if your devices stop working, it's probably the outlet let the plug fall out. They seem to eat in the bar area only. As alchohol makes me sick, I only ate there once. Prices are decent considering the rest of the town is overpriced so the penny pinching Board of Directors in Hollister must be slipping the money in their pockets. The have another opening for BOS. But honestly, who would want to be on the Board of Supervisors in SBC. With the thousands of new homes installed without proper drinking water, their plan is to charge you for the water you drink and that's how the charge you for your sewer services. I wouldn't drink the water here, and I don't think anyone does. The sewage goes thru a processing of sorts, mix it back with about 10-30 percent clean water and sell it back to you as DRINKABLE. Buy the bottles water and avoid drinking or bathing in the local water as they still find contaminants including pill, narcotics that people have flushed down the sewer. If you get a rash, or physically sick theu have a brand new 25 bed hospital for you to go to. And if your sick, you'll just have to go home and pray for the best. If you die, SORRY. If you end up needing a larger than child size MRI, YOU'LL either have to be transported by Ambulance the 1 hour to either Salinas or San Jose. While we're on the subject, if you work in the Bay Area you will probably have to leave at about 4am to get to the San Jose Bay Area. This might have been a little town, with a few roads leading out for the Fruits and Vegetables. But now that the state has mandated that we add 25000 homes, and Destroy the land that used to supply crops, and food to 1/8 of America's you'll have to start looking elsewhere for food at a much higher price. And don't forget on that 2 hour plus commute back to what was once Beautiful Hollister to stop and get gas on the way home. COSTCO'S only 45 minutes away, so you won't lose much time if you fuel up on the way home. But be careful. Our new road construction has added multiple ROUND A BOUTS. One we call Accident hill and the other we call bumper call circle. Both are pretty dangerous as new, unexpected ones are coming in daily as we get ride of those old stop lights. It keeps our intrepid firefighters, ambulances and police plenty of work to be done instead of catching those thieves breaking into cars. And that's a reminder, DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE IN YOUR CAR. LOCK IT UP, INSIDE THE LOCKED UP GARAGES. You never know when those thieving Salinas,Bay Area, or Central Valley will come looking for a place to scam to break into. They may even be wearing matching Jackets and badges saying they work for a power company. So be watchful of those sneaking around your property and that of your neighbors early in the morning or late at night. Whenever you come, make sure you're safe. Because a 2x4 up side your head is not what your looking for in beautiful Hollister.

I'm in between moves right now and needed a place to crash for a few days. Anna, a sweet reserved woman in a tshirt with big roses on it, greeted me at the front desk. The room is nice and spacious, a somewhat firm queen sized bed left me feeling nice and rested the next morning. A very fun bathroom with some cool old tile work, a tiled in shower with plenty of good hot water and great pressure. It's a fun little shower; can't explain why. It's just such a departure from the super simple and boring look of modern hotel chain rooms. The big TV has lots of good cable channels, with HBO and stuff too. WiFi is stable and fast. New hardwood flooring feels nice on my bare feet. At night and in the early morning, groups of local farm workers gathered together, reminding me of the spirit of agriculture, as the air is just so fresh with growing vegetables and fruits from the neighboring fields.
