We come here a lot because we like to play slots, this time I had to Baja pasta, I added chicken for $9 extra which was kinda steep for the portion size and I think should already come on the dish but was not expecting how lime forward it was, I was pleasantly surprised, whoever came up with this dish was really thinking out of the box, I enjoyed it very much. This use to our favorite place....but the 2 times we were disappointed. The first time we thought. Just a bad night but this last Thursday it was worse. Prime rib was cold and I ordered my well done and it was bloody on the inside. Our baked potato's were cold. My husband was completely done before I got my steak back. So I ate my prime rib by itself. On top of that the bread was way too hard to eat. Now service was just ok...normally I find it amazing. After dinner we both had upset stomachs and felt miserable. My husband and I got invited here on a last minute whim. You have to make a reservation. The place is small and located inside Miami Valley Gaming. We went for their Thursday Prime Rib special for $29.99. My husband got the special. He said it was ok...chewy. I got the pork chop with rum apple butter sauce. Our friends got the special and the meatloaf wellington. Both said they were ok, but nothing special. We also got wedge salads and one tried the french onion soup. My friend said the soup was good. It was a good portion also. None of us really loved it and we thought it was pricey. Pork Chop meal was $38, Salad was additional charge. What a fantastic way to end my birthday celebration. My parents wanted to do a dinner for me, and my mom had a $100 voucher for this place. I walked in and was extremely impressed with the ambiance and feel of the restaurant. Very upscale, clean, and friendly staff. The restaurant recommends reservations. However, we didn't have one. The hostess was so sweet and accommodated my parents and me to a table and allowed us to dine without a reservation. This made me extremely happy. They were more concerned with me having a fantastic experience that they broke their policy to allow me to have a good birthday. Excellent service and I'm very appreciative. The food was amazing. I got the 16oz pork porterhouse with fries. My dad ordered the rib tower, and my mom got the steak and grits. We ordered an appetizer of the calamari and enjoyed the house moscato. The food was immaculate. The service was five stars, and the restaurant is beautiful. I would've given five stars, but my mom had to send back her food because it was salty. The bread for the table was also extremely salty. However, the staff removed my mom's bill because she ended up not eating anything after taking one bite. They offered her a dessert which she didn't eat, but she loved what I ordered. She couldn't keep her hands off my plate. Next time, she'll probably order the porterhouse. Dined here Saturday evening, made reservations about a week earlier. The reservation process was easy and straight forward. The hostess was very friendly and I was seated quickly after arrival. My server Sharon was fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and on top of everything. She suggested the pork chop entree and it was very good. Limited menu. My husband and I both had the Filet Mignon (on the menu at MKT price). You get a baked potato with it. Not given any choices. Idk what kind of meat I was given but it's not filet. Had better steak from Kroger! It was mealy and dry even though I ordered it cooked medium. Then we get the check and find out it was a $56 steak! (a salad or soup was extra so we declined to order that). Those are fine dining prices and this place is not. Both of our baked potatoes were cold. Our waitress was good, though. We also had a shrimp cocktail, the shrimp were good but the cocktail sauce was strange. I don't think there was any horseradish in it and it was kind of chunky tomato style. This restaurant has been woefully understaffed for months. Now that they put more tables back in, the problem is exacerbated. Service is slow and disorganized. They are "reservation only" and turn customers away at the door. Here's a suggestion: change your business model. Allow customers to place their orders at the (not used) bar. my 90 rear old mother and 85 year old dad went there tonight, they had no reservation. They frequent this restaurant. I stopped in to say hi and was shocked to se they were forced to sit at the bar... now note I counted 15 open 2 top tables plus a hand full of 4 top tables... the manager was clueless and had no concept of customer service and the hostess and other workers really should have waited till my wife was not behind them to talk about her and the situation....zI have had great service there in the past but what I witnessed tonight was boarder line discrimination of the elderly.... very sad.. read more

The atmosphere was nice, decor fits the theme of a steakhouse....except for the actual steak itself. I was not expecting much since the restaurant is located inside the casino. My expectations were that the steak might be about what you'd get at an Outback since it was priced at $27 (NY Strip). It was literally no better than the steak and eggs plate at a waffle house. It was obviously prepared on a flattop, not a grill, and no more than 1/4" thick....and zero rub/seasoning. Very disappointed. Food is fine. It's the customer service and the wait time that will absolutely kill you. Be prepared to wait an hour at minimum for your food. They always blame the fact that everything is made "from scratch" as the reason it takes so long but literally every time I come here it's over an hour before a meal is in front of me.
