Cat is top tier service! A T shirt I really wanted (gorgeous David Bowie that has inspired me-their selection is SO unique and cool!) was left behind when I left the store and went back all the way to Atlanta. I called and Cat checked-it ended up I hadn't been charged for the T, but irrespective of that she immediately offered to ship it no extra charge! I found such steals like a book on how to live with a huge penis (for my future boyfriend :) and a wallet from Pulp Fiction that says "Bad Motherf***er" She is such a good person. Also runs a nonprofit for almost a hundred kitties! I feel good about supporting this gem of a store. read more

Cat Bobon, I love you and your shop! It is so full of AWESOME finds--like these super cute shoes I scored for 5 bucks!! And my kitty/taco pants ! They also have lots of Luis Vuitton bag and other designer designer stuff w/out the designer prices:) read more

Great store with a lot of cool stuff!!! We love it!! There are many unique items and it's a lot if fun!

The owner of this shop is as nice as nice can be, and her merchandise is unique, interesting and well-priced. She's got fabulous, authenticated Chanel and Louis Vuitton purses. (Before my daughter graduates from UGA, I vow to splurge on one of the bags.) Last time in, I treated S to a pair of Doc Martins. The shoes were about $25 more than what my daughter thought. The owner -- a real mensch -- happily split the difference with us, and we left with a great pair of shoes. If you go for vintage merchandise, this is a great place to shop. read more

They get extra kudos for staying open past all the other stores. I was looking for gifts before I headed to the airport to get home and this was the only place that was open. Found some good gifts, UGA T-Shirts and sun glasses. The lady was very helpful and nice even though she blatantly tried to up sell things to me which comes with the turf I guess. read more

This is a really fun store with a great selection of clothing and accessories at rock bottom prices! The owner is very kind. She has always been very nice to my daughter. She also rescues stray and homeless cats. I like supporting her business because she's honest and a great citizen. read more

I love this Cr@zy Shop. They carry a lot of interesting vintage and new clothing items and accessories. Great fun to browse around ! read more

This store definitely has something for everyone! Shopping there is a fun activity in itself from the funky music, fun novelty gift items, and endearing staff members. Their new clothing follows every trend for each new season. The mix in the store is fantastic: carrying new styles - even in PLUS sizes, high end brand name clothing on the designer rack, authentic Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Prada, and consignment clothing at great bargain prices. They carry a huge selection of all the new and vintage jewelry and accessories you could ever dream of to complete your look. The back of the store is Mecca for those looking for that very special hard to find pair of vintage boots. This store even has a cozy little nook where you can find vintage treasures like jewelry boxes, paintings, retro photos, and kitschy nicknacks for your home! I recently found that Cillies carries items handcrafted in Athens, Ga by local artists. How cool is that?! They do have an awesome selection of UGA Bulldogs apparel and jewelry at better prices than the other stores dedicated for that purpose. The fun and friendly staff can also assist you in creating that special outfit or lead you to that perfect game day dress from the rest of the stores selections. The atmosphere is eclectic and fun. The staff are really fun, friendly, and helpful people. And you are sure to find what you are looking for in their wonderfully diverse selections. read more

All I can say about Cillies is that it rocks. The owner is wonderfully kind and helpful. They have so many cool things in the store. If you are looking for something unique, Cillies is the place to go!!! Great selection of vintage clothing and gently used designer bags. Check them out!!! read more

There is never enough time to peruse the many treasures held inside Cillies but I sure give it an earnest try as often as possible... A true gem in the center of downtown Athens just emanating everything that makes the Classic City oh so unique! read more

While I like the fact that they have an overabundance of EVERYTHING, that's another reason why I have to knock off some stars. The place was really disorganized and made shopping more of a stressful, overwhelming situation rather than a pleasant one. However, I like their large stock of gently used Louis Vuittons, Chanels, other designer handbags...they carry anything from Target brands to higher end stuff. I'm convinced you can find anything in this place. If only it was more organized I'd be in love! read more

I have been shopping at Cillies since I came to Athens several years ago, and have purchased many interesting and unique things there for which I always receive compliments when I wear them. And if you are just visiting Athens or strolling downtown stop in, chat with the owner Cat Bobon and she will give you all the information you need to have a fun time in Athens. 5 stars all the way! read more

This is a great little store! a real treasure hunt ! i shopped there a few years ago , but it was pretty lame then . These days it's a really fun and interesting place to shop . The owner, CAT , was really great and i found lots of great clothes for me and my boyfriend . We got soooo many great deals on really nice clothes and he got a $240 pair of Justin cowboy boots for $40 (at 9:30 pm on a Saturday night no less !! ) I've become a hardcore cillies junkie lately, i can't help myself... read more

I absolutely love this store. Fabulous, funky and vintage clothes. Cool jewelry, shoes and purses. Always friendly staff. Every time you visit Cillies, you will find new items too. A really cool store, where it is fun to shop. Love, love, love Cillies. I highly recommend this store if you like wearing groovy clothes and accessories. If you have never been there, check them out. Excellent location and hours make it easy to pop in! Fantastic merchandise with equally fantastic prices! read more

I was appalled at how rude the owner was, especially after the good reviews of this place. I went in on Saturday, liked what I saw, started chatting with an employee about the designer duds and she told me that the owner buys stuff. So I went in yesterday, and from the jump the owner was disgustingly rude. I told her I talked with an employee and she quickly replied that she wasn't buying anything, which I gladly accepted. Then I wanted to ask, "In general" does she buy or consign, but before I could even finish my question, she interrupted me and awfully said no. Then, with an attitude replied that I could go to Plato's Closet, which to me, sounded like an insult because she took a look at me and saw another college student. I just smiled and walked out. I may be a young college student but it's not like I was going to bring her crap, and trust me, my stuff was more like her inventory than belonging at Plato's. That's quite alright, I'll take my Palm Beach wear and my business elsewhere, and in the meantime, the owner Cat has earned the award of being the first rude person I've met here in Athens. Also, go to Agora for designer bags (they even have layaway!) and Suska for your upscale consignment needs. Thanks Cillies! read more

Cillies always has something that's fun, funky, and different! You can go in the store several times a week, and there's ALWAYS something new to see! They have everything from plastic "jewels" to the highest end couture (Vuitton, Chanel, etc.). There truly is something for everyone and the customer service is top notch! They carry most women's sizes (including plus sizes) and have great clothing for men as well. This is a great store to put on your regular shopping rotation, you never know what delightful bargain you're going to find! read more

Very unique store, large selection and convenient downtown location. The owner (Cat) was so sweet and helpful. I look forward to shopping there again soon! read more

In November 2011, I purchased two AMAZING purses-a gorgeous Chanel and a Louis Vuitton. Cat (the owner) and her staff were incredibly helpful and dedicated to helping me shop for the perfect bags. Not only are they nice but they offer a convenient "lay-away" type purchasing that allowed me to pay monthly for the bags and stay within my budget at the same time. If it wasn't for that, I would never have been able to afford both bags at the same time. I highly recommend Cillie's Clothing for any clothing needs, especially if you are looking for a beautifil new purse (or two)! read more

nice consignment shop (though much of the clothing is new) with brands ranging from gap to 7 for all mankind (a steal at $60!) in downtown athens... read more

Someone said the selection is slim? are you kidding me? Cillies clothing has more selection than just about anywhere ive seen. i especially like it ,because theres vintage, and newer items. im not just saying this because i know cat. seriously if you want to get a ton of cool clothes ,accessories, etc. for very little money ,thats the place to go! read more

Never seen so many designer handbags in one spot! Wall-to-wall LV's, Coaches, and other high-end brands. At first I thought to myself, "Dang, they have a LOT of LV's here." My second thought was, "Wait a minute, why would any store, even a used/vintage one, just hang these expensive bags on hooks on a wall?" Answer: they don't! While we weren't able to reach one of the LV's, my fiancé managed to snag a "Gianni Versace" bag off of one of the lower easy-to-reach hooks. Price tag? $60. Inside tag? Made in Thailand. FYI...Versace is NOT made in Thailand LOL. I wonder how many of the other bags are fakes? Either they are knowingly selling fakes at high prices, or they just don't know what a real bag looks like. Every other store I have been to that sells vintage or used LV's (or any other expensive brand handbag) has them locked up in a display case, or at least set down to rest on a table near the front of the store. If you buy a bag from this shop, do your research beforehand! You don't wanna get ripped-off. read more

Well...I found a cute consigned little shirt for a reasonable price of $12 but my biggest complaint is that the selection is very slim. What they do have a lot of is brand new blouses and such but not anything anyone would really wear or want. Looks like it just came from a store that needed to get rid of unwanted merchandise. The plus side is that if you have brand name trendy items you can get cash on the spot for those items if they like them. But listen, they must be certain brands that all the teenagers are wearing now. I brought in some really cute things but they were not the brands that were desired and so therefore would not take any of the clothes. So, if you have the brands and need the cash...take it here and see what they will give you. Not sure if Plato's closets can beat it or not. Maybe try both. The parking can be tricky on busy days but that is true of all the downtown Athens area. read more

Love, Love, Love! She has a wonderful assortment of new, vintage and used clothing, and is very helpful in the store. I am very petite, and she took great pleasure in finding me clothes to try on that were exactly my style. I can't swing high-end anything, which she knows, and I always leave there feeling as if I've scored a bargain (or three!). Cat is a smart cookie, and even let me know when some t-shirts I'd helped a friend make some of back in the 90's came in. I went in and scooped them up- (as many as I could!) and those shirts are all I have left of my friend who passed away several years ago. Cat is a sweet lady, shrewd business-person, and a delightful person to bargain with. I don't have any disposable income (what is that, anyway?) and so treating myself to any clothing at all is a real, rare treat. Keep up the great job, Cat, you are a marvel! read more

Cat's always super helpful and incredibly friendly! I got my graduation dress here, after searching through store after store, and I'm really happy with my experience. I really enjoy the eclectic mix of vintage and new items in the store, and I look forward to my next shopping experience. read more

My one-stop Vintage Shop. Athens best kept secret for sure! Merchandise ranging in name brand/vintage womens and men's clothing, jeans, jackets, and boots or dress shoes. I was hooked the first time I bought my first vintage Channel bag in 2010 and in phonomenal condition! This store has an insane collection of new and vintage handbags and luggage! Handbag Brands such as Juicy Couture Louis Vutton Fendi Gucci Channel Dooney and Burke. My recent purchases from this Friday a long black and white maxi dress a mini harmonica necklace (really works!). I almost forgot to mention my vintage excellent condition channel wallet! This store is super unique. I travel from Atlanta to come shop and it's well worth it if there is a Louis Vutton bag I want to purchase with clothing etc. I can put it on lay-away! When I want to make payments I can simply call the owner Cat and give her my payment via phone. Looking forward to my visit this up and coming Friday! Dont forget to ask for the fabulously amazingly precious shop owner Cat. Meoww. read more
