There is an employee here--an older woman with kinky/curly hair and it's currently purple--and she's the downright worst. Always extremely rude and nasty to me, but not to to delivery people or other customers, as I have witnessed countless times before. She somehow can remember to be very rude to me every single time I stop in, yet makes me repeat my order like we haven't been encountering each other for years now. Such a bad look for this place.

They do have a ton of different types of things. Even options that are wild! Their value is pretty decent. The reason for the low stars is because every vape pen battery ive bought lasted about a week. Then never worked again. Some wouldn't work the very first time. No return policy, no store credit. I bought 2 separate mini dragon eggs, the first one was absolutely perfect. The 2nd stopped working within a month. So then I bought another product from the Lookah brand and, yet again, it stopped working almost instantly.
