Just got charged $24 more than the place right next door for a carton of cigarettes. I can't figure out if the person behind the counter is running a scam, or if the store is actually trying to take advantage of people. At the very least, they should change the name to "Cigarettes most expensive ". Asked to return them and the guy behind the counter gave me such attitude that I just left. Will not be returning and I will let the neighborhood know about the swindle these guys are pulling. read more

Every pack of Juul Pods I've bought here have leaked. The guy behind the counter with the septum ring and shitty attitude doesn't help this business out either. Bare minimum having good customer service would help this place out considering they sell shotty products, but they can't even offer that to their customers. Cashiers are always so nice, love small talk chit chat (which I don't get too much of as a SAHM) and helpful with any questions I have on products. Even though it seems overly compacted with merch, maybe not OSHA standard, I have never had a problem navigating the space to find what I need. I wish I knew their names but there are 2 particular employees who are spectacular, the young Asian guy and colored gentleman, who are always there, and they are so awesome! Again, I wish I knew their names, I would love to give them all the kudos with true recognition that they deserve. Rude and obnoxious service. Attemped to shortchange me EVERY time I've gone there. Yes cigarettes are a few cents cheaper but not if you have to make two trips. If you're paying cash watch your change and if with a card watch the product amount. When you get ripped off just drive back asap. Phone calls won't help & don't expect an apology. Only place I can get my item...Very put upon clerk, is rude and seems to treat customers as if they are an inconvenience. Would not give me a number to report his behavior. I was a regular at this shop. My girlfriend went into Ciggarettes Cheaper located at 19057 Beavercreek to buy some Jewel Pods. The worker asked for her ID and upon inspection, he told her "you looked pretty cute back then." My girlfriend returned to our car crying, thinking there was something wrong with the way she looked now. My girlfriend had a baby and is very self conscious. We will not return to this shop. I don't know if that was an attempted at a compliment that went horribly wrong, but I would strongly reccomend you avoid commenting on your customers physical appearance in the future. read more

It would be nice if they would answer the phone when I call. I called on a Sunday evening about 8:30 and tried four times but it just kept ringing. Hours say they're open until 9pm but I don't want to drive there and find out they closed early or that the price of their Camel 99 red or Camel red 100s is just as high as everyone else is or higher. Only place with zyns for four dollars. Awesome! But yeah only three stars cuz it's true the dude behind the counter is pretty rude. I don't care much cuz I'm only in there for two minutes every week but like, life's too short to be rude to your customers. Be polite man! Maybe you got some bad stuff going on in your life. I have been going to this place for years. And I wish I can say I haven't been, I and other members of my family have spent hundreds of dollars there and the main manager is either on his phone talking or playing world of Warcraft on his computer and completely ignores customers until you ask for something and he is always short with everybody. Mind you he is ALWAYS there. He has a brother or cousin that works there sometimes that is always nice but the manager makes me not want to go into the store period. Today I was in the store with a friend who is looking to quit smoking and try e cigs, I am very familiar with all kinds of e cigs. My buddy picked one out that is a 3 in 1 that can be used with 3 different things. And he was saying that it wouldn't work with e liquid but I used to have the exact model and it did and I politely said I used to have the same and it would and he snapped at me and said "whatever he can buy it if he wants" and that made me very frustrated but I have always held back. And then he ends up getting the pen because my friends trusts I wouldn't recommend something that wouldn't work. And we're standing at the register paying and I'm looking at my phone and he says "are you smirking at something?" And I was very shocked and I said "no? I was looking at my phone?" And he again said "whatever" like a child. Then I decided it was time I say something. I say "me and my daily have spent hundreds of dollars in your store and you have never once said thank you or have a good day or anything" then he stoops to an 8 year old level by saying "do you think I care?" Over and over. And also I look like I'm about 16 but I'm 19 and he has never once checked for me or any other person in the store I've seen. And they've already been busted by the police for it and still have not learned their lesson. It really sucks because they have decent products but they are over priced and the management ruins the entire experience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY. Convenient Store, with a little bit of something for everyone. They sell regular cigarettes. Bulk Tobacco, and RYO supplies. Soda Pop, and snacks. Small selection of glass and metal pipe paraphernalia. However the main and only reason I go there now is for coils or e liquid for my vapor pens. Their e liquid prices are probably the most reasonable I have found anywhere. They are the store that introduced me to EC Blends E liquid. I have been hooked ever since. I bought them out of most all of their sweet flavors. Now I mostly have to order from the EC blend website. But I still stop at Cigarettes Cheaper whenever I am in that neck of the woods to see what they have in stock, and I rarely leave empty handed. Great prices, great products! Only downside is you might have to wait a while because they only have one person working at a time and there is almost always a line of people waiting to buy cigarettes. They keep e liquids in a glass case, so you must wait until the line has been waited on to look at the assortment. in the case. However I have never waited for more than 5-7 mins. With their reasonable prices it is worth the wait. They only charge $10 for a 30ml bottle of excellent quality e liquid. In my opinion the best I have ever had. So I highly recommend them.
