I absolutely do not recommend this shop or any of the Tonys locations. Horrible customer service. I purchased spinner II battery and some other accessories for it. The top of the battery came off two days after purchase. I was told by a Representative of Tonys I had to go through the MFG for refund on a defective item. This is was Vision the MFG told me... "Vision has the warranty rule.If the product is genuine and has any quality problems (non-human destruction，within a year), you can go directly to the dealer where you bought it to replace a new one. The store know how to handle it with Vision.If the dealer doesn't want to replace you a new vision product, then the store isn't one of vision distributors.If the store inssists not to replace for u ,it means he never bought products from us,and ur battery may be a clone.Because we just replace new ones for vision distributors and the one who buy from us directly,no privates. Terrible customer service. There was a guy named Matt working. So my wife, my younger brother and I came in here Super Bowl Sunday. And we drove there specifically from wilsonville a 25 minute drive. We walk in and patiently wait for the associate (Matt) to come over and help us. He finishes at the register and walks over to us.... With the snottiness "again... I'm not going to ask again. Can I see some I.d. Please" and goes on complaining how he had to walk from one side of the store to the other. Then as were walking out Matt started cussing at us, telling us to f*** off I'm sorry you had to walk over and help us. So we looked at each other and we were like we're paying customers were not going to be treated this way. So we drove to nomads crossing off hawthorn and spent $300 on a STAX set up. read more

After being a customer of Tony's for years, even when they had the smoking lounge!!! I unfortunately will never be back. I think the staff themselves are friendly and helpful but the owners don't know how to make their customers happy or something. Came here to get some things for a vape, they both broke and Tony's has yet to call to apologize and No refund and no store credit. Have called and stopped by 3-5 times, taken down my name several times and a month later, have yet to hear back. Save your time and go down the road to luxory vapor lounge, they took great care of us and very informative. read more

An employee sold me the wrong size product for my piece. I realized the size wasnt right less then five minutes later walked back in with unused product and the guy would not exchange it for the right size. Went down to the Stash and they were super helpful and let me know as long as the product wasnt used and I had my receipt they would exchange it or take it back. Tonys is terrible!!!! read more

Horrible customer service ! My husband bought me an ecig, so I could ease off smoking. I have no prior experience with ecigs-however, when this said device is leaking everywhere, and I have had it for 2 days-Im pretty sure something is wrong. So I thought Id go up to Tonys, because I wanted to know - if it was maybe "user error" or there was something wrong with the item. Bottom line, I just wanted help with it. When I went in to the store and explained what had been happening, they just stared at me- and the guy I was talking to was pretty much telling me that there was nothing he could do. Another coworker happened to overhear, and told the guy I was speaking with , "just take it apart and take a quick look " When it was taken apart, he cleaned it and put it back together. Then told me what was wrong, and I could just use the extra supplies that came in the box to fix it at home. I said, Im not really comfortable doing that , because I don't know how. He then told me, Ill have to get over being scared of the device, and figure it out on my own. Ummmm, ok ? Thanks a lot ?! What a bunch of Lazy Douchebags ! Needless to say I went to another shop closer to home, and got a new device and much better customer service. I will never go back to them again ! read more
