Have you ever been to a business that made you feel so welcomed? Well that was Cigar Station for me. My husband smokes cigars occasionally and I'm not very familiar with the type or brand that he prefers. However, Sam put me at ease. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The other patrons there were welcoming as well. I highly recommend this cigar shop for all your tobacco needs. This will be my shop for now on. First off they have a great selection of cigars and beers. The shop's ambience is cool with nice chairs to relax in, especially the old school barber chairs...my fave. On nice days they have a deck to enjoy your favorite smoke and beverage. Friendly and knowledgeable staff are always willing to answer any questions you may have. I stopped on Saturday during the TN-SC game and was completely ignored by the guy behind the counter. No greeting and no thank you after my purchase. The one good thing about the shop was the selection of smokes. I did find a Perdomo that I thoroughly enjoyed. But I can buy online or in another shop and will never visit the Cigar Station again. read more

I'm gonna go with 4 stars here. I'll warn you that those are probably pretty generous given my usual take on two of my favorite food groups: Beer and Cigars. Your mileage may vary... First the good news - the cigars are fresh, and the beer is, too. It's cool inside and there are non-alcoholic options galore. Prices are okay, too. Then the moderately not so good... Plastic cups. Sigh, I hate plastic cups. But the owner explained in another review how this helps him keep costs down and the place open, so I'm giving him a pass on that... Did I mention the beer was cold? There's a very cool patio out back that is almost as eclectic as Pee-Wee's playhouse (and that's a good thing). I have to find out the story on the stuffed dog next time. But while there are a load of couches tossed out there, most of them are way past their usefulness and you sink down far enough to make it hard to hear through the armrests. I'm also not sure why the string lights have to be set at convenience store brightness, but I'm sure there's a reason for that, too. Maybe to be sure that the folks blowing by on 31 see the place. But there are good seats out there, too. And your eyes will get used to the bare bulbs. My recommendation is this: Check the place out. See if they are serving your favorite beer, or coke, or water, and pick a cigar. Fire it up and head out to the deck, test a few couches until you find one that'll support your happy butt and settle in for a nice relaxing smoke. You'll meet someone named John, or Matt, or Brian, or Chris and you'll have a nice chat. Don't worry about the smell of cigar smoke, or the plastic cups. Walked in to check out delta 8. Last time I made purchase here quality was really low so I wanted to do some research on product before purchasing this time. The guy got pissy about me taking a photo and started being extremely disrespectful. This guy's ego is through the roof. People have one off moments, but this guy has now sold me his house made low quality delta 8 and then got angry when I tried to look up reviews on products before purchasing. Time for a new smoke shop in the Hill that fits the vibe of the town as this is far from it. Horrible experience concerning the cbd and delta 8 and 9 portion of this business. First off, everyone (Phil and the patrons) was friendly and hospitable. This sets Cigar Station apart from most places in SH. They've got a limited but high quality selection of beers on tap (Asgard, Yahzoo, and others) and plenty of bottle choices. The beer on tap was fresh and the lines tasted clean. There is a semi-enclosed porch with a huge television and ample leather seating. Why the three stars then? One star for price. We ordered two beers that came in 12 oz plastic cups and our tab was more than $13. Compare that to a place like M.L. Rose where beers on tap are $5-$6.50 but they are 16 oz in nice mugs. Second star for air quality. Smoke was thick. Before you start yelling, I know it's a cigar bar. I've been to a lot of them. Cigar Station has an enormous suspended air-cleaner inside that should have been more than enough to filter the smoke. It's possible the unit was off to keep the noise down. Cigar Station is a cool local spot! Just know you will pay a premium for beers and be careful if you are sensitive to smoke. read more

The first thing that hit me walking in was the very very strong cigar smell. As to be expected though it is a Cigar shop after all. Plus 5 or 6 guys were smoking up front watching Bama get rekt. Anyway, I stopped here to try their CBD. I am a 100% disabled combat vet that has been using Kratom for a long time. Wanted to try the whole CBD thing and unfortunetly was extremely disappointed. Purchased about $45 of gummies and kept increasing dose till they were gone and never noticed any help with pain/other things. I'm not going to discredit their product though, everyones body reacts differently. I would be interested in Lab work on the CBD though. I've been to Woody's in Coolsprings several times, and as a female cigar smoker I always felt unwelcome. However, my sister and I occasionally stop in for a relaxing smoke and I always feel very welcome and never intimidated in what is normally a man's 'den'. If I want to go in, first I drive by slow to look for two things: 1) is the porch occupied. 2) is the TV on outside. If the answer to number two is yes, I keep going. There is always a group on the couch inside watching the super-idiot size TV (the indoors tv). The outdoors tv is usually closed up in its coffin (I wish it was dead) unless some joe happens to want to watch something else. I like to get a Copper Cask or is it Copper Flask? and head outside to enjoy the slow encroach of "development" on the wild country. Wandered into this spot at the recommendation of a friend on a cold fall day. Wasn't sure what to expect - other than a good beer selection. What I found was a plesant surprise of locals lounging on a counch, smoking their cigars happily while watching some college football -- and not a good, but a great beer selection. I consider myself a tad bit of a beer snob, so coming from me, that last observation means something. The man working was so polite and super helpful. There's nothing I hate more than a place that boasts a great beer selection a staff that knows NOTHING about beer. He was eager to make recommendations and help us find something we would enjoy. Beer prices are really reasonable too . I don't smoke cigars but from the looks of it, they have quite the selection of those too. If the smokey thing isn't your cup of tea, it's ok - they have a great patio out back with space heaters and cozy couches - prefect any time of year. They also let us bring in food from the barbeque place down the way. All of the locals inside were super friendly --it was such a great experience.
