It was my first time in here and the staff members were really, really friendly! I'll definitely be back if I need anything else.

Their prices are very competitive and if you search the website you can get really good coupon deals to use in the store. On my last rifle purchased I saved $220 compared to Bass Pro Shops and Academy Sports. Again, my experience with the Columbia location has been much better others I've read.

No help at all anywhere, none in the shoe department, oh and how they rearranged that area is ridiculous. Super narrow aisles, very high shelves, shoes are no longer on top so it's hard to see what's what. And its very poor lighting. Looks even dumpier now. Then check out. What a gem he was! No greeting again when we put the shoes on the counter to pay. Not a hello, or a did you find everything ok? Nothing. Not. One. Word. He mumbled the price and my husband paid, then again, nothing. No thank you, nothing. Retail is 99.9% customer service. Even if you don't have items in stock, or for any reason - ALWAYS GREET THE CUSTOMER! OFFER HELP! And if there isn't enough help cause no one wants to work there, then pay more and maybe you'll retain people. Make it a pleasant environment. It's like a miserable morgue vibe in there. I used to be a retail manager so I know what customer service is. Its NOT THIS PLACE! They need to read "The Nordstrom Way" and get a clue. I won't ever shop there again or give them one more penny of our money. It's never been good there, but this time it was the worst!!! GET WITH IT CORPORATE AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS STORE!!!

As a rabbit owner, I am very upset to see the awful conditions Columbia Farm Supply keeps their…read morerabbits for sale in. They house rabbits (purchased from a local breeder) in wire-bottom cages, and cram multiple rabbits into these small areas. They do not provide proper nutrition or adequate amounts of water to the animals either. I have taken pictures for reference. I visit this store every Sunday to purchase hay and pellets for my own rabbits. On multiple occasions, I have tried to gently educate the employees about the correct diet for rabbits. Grass hay is essential to a rabbit's diet as it supports a healthy digestive system. The rabbits are suppose to have unlimited access to hay so they can graze all day long (similar to cows, goats, and horses). I tried explaining to employees at this store the importance of the grass hay. They sell the product in their store; yet have still not given the rabbits a single strand of hay to eat. They choose to feed pellets only, which will eventually make the rabbits ill. There is research to support this. Also, they do not lock the cage doors, which allows for anyone to grab and mishandle these fragile creatures. I have witnessed on numerous occasions small children reaching in and harmfully picking up these rabbits. Also, I have taken pictures of a rabbit whose fur was matted, and who had an injury behind its eye (probably a bite wound from one of the rabbits it is forced to share the small space with). I was very unhappy with the responses I received from the employees I spoke with. They did not seem to care about the husbandry or diet for these live animals at all. The wire-bottom cages cause a painful condition on the bottom of the rabbits' feet called "sore hocks". These animals do not have paw pads or hooves to protect their feet. They are forced to bear their body weight on these metal floors all day long. I hate to purchase supplies from this store as I feel I am supporting their animal neglect and abuse.

It's more than just a drink -- it's an experience.] * Ambience is fantastic and captures a true Tennessee vibe. There's plenty of seating, whether on the deck, on the lawn (where you can bring your own camping chairs), or inside the shop, which features all sorts of unique trading post decor and merchandise. * Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. * Very family-friendly, especially on the lawn. * Pricing is about average for gourmet coffee -- which isn't necessarily a downside or a compliment. In short, whether you're looking for a place to hang out with your family on a hot summer day with an iced coffee or meet a client for a morning latte, Bradley Mountain is a fantastic choice.

The space is open and well-appointed, uniting the plain charm of a barn with a more refined taste, expressed through stone and leather, and arranged with evident care. The articles for gentlemen are chosen with discernment, favouring quality and good sense over excess. The refreshments, though few, are well prepared, and perfectly suited to a light repast. The attendants are civil and obliging, contributing much to the ease of one's visit. It is, in short, a place well suited to quiet occupation or cheerful company, and one I should readily recommend.

They told me that because it was past 30 days since I had purchased the shoes that I couldn't return them (it was 45 days). So I said I'll take a store credit instead. Then they told me they couldn't do that either because the shoes were dirty. I was told that they needed to "be in pristine condition to return them." However, she had only worn them inside their store for 20 minutes while trying them on. So apparently you can't try on any shoes there because the store is dirty enough to make them used and void any possible return. Don't buy anything here. The sales team isn't train well enough to help you find shoes that will fit, everything is overpriced and the return policy is horrendous. Safe yourself the time, money, and frustration by never stepping foot in this store. I know I will.
