The location kinda threw me off but once inside I instantly knew that I know longer had to drive a bit out of town for a shop like this. I'm sure it may have gotten some bad rep before but the shop is freshly remodeled and looks pretty nice! The hours are pretty convenient too. May make this a chill spot one day, who knows? Lol

I had a really disappointing experience at this smoke shop. The customer service is honestly bad…read more The whole point of running a business is to sell products to your customers, especially when the product isn't exclusive or hard to find anywhere else. So I don't understand why they refused to sell me the rest of the product they had. If you run out, you run out -- that's just how retail works. But refusing to sell something that's already on the shelf makes no sense. It felt unprofessional and unnecessary. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for good service or straightforward business practices.

I've smoked in all three rooms and on both the front porch and back deck. I've had meetings there, accomplished solitary work on my laptop, read a book, and just spent 30 blissful minutes lost in the thick smoke of a Liga flying pig. This place is dreamy.

One was a Spurgeon room, another a Churchill room. The game was on in another room. It was busy but I found a great spot to smoke one of their house cigars with a few guys and a few gals. This Total Wine sits at the back of the large center that is Brentwood Place on Franklin Road…read more I have always been a fan of Total Wine, as they carry a lot of the specialty stuff that you just can't find at the more local shops. In some cases the prices are better, but not always. When I swing by, it is normally for a specialty item and this last trip was just that. And while I was on a mission, it always turns into "well, I am already here..." type of trip, so I walk out with a few classic items as well. The store is well laid out, clean and always well stocked. In addition to the booze, they offer classes, have classrooms, a beer cooler, humidor and a few other things to offer. Service is where they lost a star for me. I will say that the cashiers are always friendly and helpful, but the service I receive on the floor is never great. They always tend to have an attitude, like I am bothering them. This latest trip was no different. I asked two associates while wandering around the store and neither were very pleasant interactions. Very weird for the brand, but at least at this location, it is fairly common from my experience. It is never enough to be labeled as "bad" or "awful", but it is quite off-putting. Overall, this Total Wine location comes in clutch when needed, and it will remain a go-to for the goods, specialty or not.

He helped me unload dryer. I'd figured they'd get my contact information and I'd be sent away. Nope , he plugged it up right there and started trouble shooting possible issues. Starter and knobs all were fine. He opens door and closes, nothing still. Opened door again and pressed in the push tab at bottom and we had power. He said it must of been stuck, he messed around with it for 10 minuets to check heat and make sure it still stop/started fine. Dryer fixed and loaded back on truck. He didn't charge me anything, but I made him take some cash for his time. He said just remember them when mine did finally break and they'll sell me a new one. Not many places would go that distance right off the truck. Many would of let it sit awhile and charged like it was something serious. They won me over as a future customer.
