I placed a roughly $1,500 order with Cigar Page for cigars for a wedding, rehearsal dinner, and other events. I was a new customer, and I was hoping to have a good experience with the company and recommend them to other cigar smokers. On the day of delivery, I was told that a signature was required. Since I couldn't be there, I paid extra to have UPS hold the package. The package was never received by me, and I never signed for it. I contacted both UPS and Cigar Page to get the situation resolved. UPS told me that Cigar Page, as the seller, should handle the refund. Cigar Page, however, has refused to refund my money and says UPS should be responsible. What is especially disappointing is that Cigar Page could have simply done the right thing for a new customer. They could have sent a replacement order immediately so I would have the cigars I paid for and needed for my events, and then dealt with UPS and the shipping issue themselves afterward. Instead, they chose to leave me without the cigars I ordered and without my $1,500 while UPS and Cigar Page point fingers at each other. I paid Cigar Page for cigars. I never received those cigars, and I never signed for the package. I expected a company that wanted my business and hoped I would recommend them to other cigar smokers to stand behind its customer and make the situation right. The pricing is extremely good especially for the value of the majority of their cigar selection. Free Shipping is always a plus, while some may take a little longer to arrive then others, I can live with that stuff. They are typically shipped with a boveda pack to keep them humidified which is another plus. Is cigar page perfect? No, but they are still a very good option when buying your stash... I recently purchased a 10-pack of Montecristo Platinum Toros. While the shipping box arrived intact, four of the cigars inside were severely damaged and unsmokeable.As a loyal, repeat customer, I was highly disappointed by my experience with your support team. I was informed that I cannot receive a partial refund because I already discarded the damaged items.While I understand company policies exist, rigid rules should not override basic customer satisfaction and retention. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with CigarPage. They shipped me the wrong order, and instead of simply correcting the mistake quickly, they're making me go through an unnecessary return process. I now have to wait until after Memorial Day weekend just to receive a return label, print it myself, drive to a UPS store, ship the incorrect package back, and then wait for them to receive it before they resend my actual order. This entire process will likely delay my order by another two weeks -- all because of their mistake. As someone who spends several hundred dollars a month on cigars, I expected much better customer service and a faster resolution. A company should stand behind its errors and make things right for loyal customers without creating extra work and delays. Very frustrating experience. read more

This is my third and last purchase from this place. My local cigar vendor doesn't sell Texas Lancero and suggested I go on Cigar page website. The price is always great but the cigars always arrive very dry and brittle. I think they store these sticks in the desert next to a cactus. read more

Very good; ordered online Fri and delivered Mon PA to TX by US Mail. Very good. This is my third order from them and I get notification order accepted and when shipped plus delivery details. This last order they under promised delivery on Thu but it showed up on Mon. I will take it. Too bad the other reviewers had such a bad experience. Mine have been something to brag about. It would have been who knows how long before I found out they didn't have "in-stock" inventory if I didn't inquire a week later to ask where's my order. Then the response I get is "oh, sorry we had an inventory snafu and you won't be getting your order until the middle of next month", like WTF they couldn't/wouldn't let me know........
