Aside from the room keys repeatedly not working, my stay was perfect. My room was immaculately clean, and the lobby has a nice dining area where you can hang out and relax. The staff is super friendly and thoughtful. I received a bottle of water upon check-in, and the front desk offered a wake-up call. The manager of events, Jess, offered my colleagues a free champagne toast since she noticed we were celebrating a few milestones. The staff also came immediately to my room to help me when my room keys wouldn't work. The shuttle driver was a huge hit with my colleagues. He was funny, accommodating, and told amazing stories! I will definitely stay here again when I'm in town for work. It's a hop skip to my company's satellite office, and there are several dining options in the area that are walkable or a short shuttle ride away.
