I feel kinda cheated. I was told that this place was "Bong Land," yet that's not what I found when I arrived. Sure, they do have bongs and other related paraphernalia, but it was a small selection compared to other smoke shops. When you get down to it, this place is just a smoke shop. Cigarettes, cigars, rolling equipment, room accessories and other various knick-knacks...you know...the exact same stuff in any other smoke shop. Don't come here if you're looking for "Bong Land" -- it's a lie -- though if you need any other smoking related items they can probably help you with that. read more

I wish I could give them less than a star. I purchased cigarettes with my debit. The Asian gal told me it voided so I pulled up my chase mobile app to show it'd gone through. They told me to come back and wouldn't give me the cigarettes. I came back three days later and showed them yet again it's gone through and they told me to wait three more days and to get out of there store and she actually called me stupid as I was walking out lol. This store has the worst customer service. Be aware of used/ open items that are being sold as "new". I came in to save some time and bought a tank/ atomizer for my vape. When I got home, I noticed the box didn't have the same plastic package wrap as all the other ones did. Thinking to myself, this could have been a used or opened item. I decided to go with it and use the tank. A few seconds later after filling the tank it wouldn't hold any liquid, it flooded and leaked everywhere. I gave it a second try and yet again all the liquid came flooding out. Wanting to contact the store and possibly speak to the manager, well the store number on the receipt and online (both the same number) doesn't work. So I drove back to the store and explained what had happened. I noticed a no exchange or refund sign taped on the counter in the spot, right in front of the item that I purchased. The sign wasn't there before. I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager or someone else who could help with the matter because all she ( Asian woman/ store clerk) kept saying was " I only sell, nothing else". I wish I could give this place NO STARS. We walk in and the store clerk (Asian lady) was on her cellphone talking to someone while we came in to inquire about an item. She rolled her eyes and said "this medium. High. Low." When we asked about how to take it she said, "here. Capsule." When we asked her how much is in each capsule, she said, "10mg or I dont know." Then when we said well, "how do you not know what you're selling?" She rudely finally put her phone down and said, "OMG HERE!!! You ask so many questions!! Omg!" And she legit opens one of the ziplocked capsule bags with her bare hands, weighs one capsule on a scale and says, "0.7mg" and puts it back in the bag and zips it. ~~~~~ This is a health and safety violation.~~~~~ And when she said we ask so many questions we told her, its because shes being rude, sketchy, and selling products she doesnt know anything about. We ask for a manager, she rudely shouts, "Manager? I AM MANAGER!" If you like people talking to you in a disrespectful manner, your pills touched with bare hands that you have no idea what's it touched or where its been. Then this is the store for you. Extremely overpriced cigars kept locked in an environment that is neither temperature or humidity controlled. My 'normal' sticks go for 7.99 8.99 each in every cigar shop across the Puget Sound. That's per stick retail. Same brands here are priced at 11.99, 12.99 and even 13.99, with little logic on which ones were more expensive. If you want to pay at least $5 more per stick that you will have to spend weeks nursing back to health before it becomes smoke-able, this is your place. read more

The absolute rudest people that work there. If you ask to look at something and want to look at something else they give you the biggest attitude. Tonight 9/19/13 I went in and bought a lighter and paid for it and on my way out I say an E-Cig I wanted to see and asked to see it and she said "no you paid goodbye" I said that's fine I'll pay again I want to see it. Today, my son, my grandson, and I were kicked out of this cigar land for my son drinking a rootbeer. The woman told us several times we couldnt drink beer in her store and we told her is was rootbeer, we even showed her the bottle several times. We tried to explain to her but she would not listen and instead was quite rude. Yelling at customers is not the way to run a business. The woman from next door came over to see what the noise was about and we told her. She laughed and tried to explain, in her native tongue but she still wouldnt listen to us. If I could give this Company a 0 star review I would. The gal that works the day shift has to be the rudest person I have ever met. If you ask a question about any of there products she will literally roll her eyes at you, and act as if how dare you ask me a question (terrible), Not only that she doesn't even attempt to answer your question. I gave the store the benefit of the doubt, maybe she was having a bad day, but no that wasn't the case at all, she is rude. There e-cig vaporizers are really, really cheap, and they will not refund, if you buy anything from them, and if it doesn't work tough luck - no returns, replacement, store credit NOTHING! The only reason I had returned, and I say I had is that they are the closest place that sells e-juice for my vaporizer. It is worth the drive to go to an honest merchant. That is knowledgeable, and friendly that sells a quality product - I found a place off of kent kangley called (i believe) VAPE 2u? any way the customer service was above and beyond, and they guarantee there product with in reason of course.
