I came in looking for replacement glass and the guy had an attitude the moment I entered. They didn't have the right glass, which is fine, but the guy tried to make me feel stupid for even asking. I had a follow-up question and he completely ignored me and continued laughing and talking to his coworkers even though I was speaking straight to his face 3 feet away. The only acknowledgment I got after that were further attempts at belittlement, but at that point I was walking out the door, as they yelled after me in another language. To sum it up, if you can even get them to help you, they will talk down to you and try to get you out of there as quickly as possible, in the least helpful way possible. The arrogance and sense of superiority in there is overwhelming. It's the exact opposite of a friendly, welcoming environment. Do yourself a favor and go to the place that's right across the street instead. The place is called Vape-O-Rama and it's like 30 seconds away. They're super chill, knowledgeable, and will treat you with respect (they even had the glass piece I was looking for)!
