He's always rude rushes me and has the worst attitude. Anytime I ask a question he has to respond with attitude as if I'm bothering him and he is busy. (No one was in the store) You work here stop rushing your paying customers. I only go here because it's the closes store near me but after today I will not be returning. He sold me the wrong tips and then wouldn't let me do an even exchange. Based off the papers I bought those tips were huge. I asked for tips not "wide tips" he's worked here long enough to know and also SAY this is wide tip. I asked if paying with a card will I be charged extra he said yes and proceeded to put his hand out. I didn't even have cash out yet! If you have to go here to pls take your time and don't let him rush you. If you have questions ask but just know he will answer with attitude and make you feel as if he is in a rush (just for him to go sit back down in his chair). Not sure if he is the owner or knows the owner but this isn't how you run a business. Not to mention the place looks run down and dirty. There are so many other tobacco shops that are put together and looks like they actually clean the store with employees who will not treat you this way. I've shopped here a lot.
