I was told that they had a promotion where 1 was free and the 2nd was a $5 a month charge. I was also told that there was no contract for HUM and it could be returned at any time. Well, when I got my bill, I was charged $10 a month for each HUM. I went back to the store and was told by Ashley that there was no such promo and the HUM's have a 2 year contract and there was nothing she could do for me. I have been able to resolve this directly with Verizon Wireless. I don't think Jessica intentionally provided me with false info but I do think she was not well trained / educated on the services offered. I will no longer buy anything from this location.

My daughters phone was the worst. It was pretty bad. Apparently, when you are a teenage girl, your quality of life is connected to your cell phone. We visited AT&T who was no help at all. The phone repair places in the mall wanted too much money. I had seen the sign outside of this place a few weeks earlier and figured we'd check it out. I didnt like the sadness in my little girl's eyes. Like the mall, screen replacement was too much. But they have a decent selection of phones for a reasonable price. We found a nice replacement for a fair price. They even switched the new phone over and transferred her pics, videos, and contacts. They went above and beyond. Super nice, super fast, excellent value. And there is happiness back in my baby girl's eyes.

Haven't met anyone like Scott in a while, someone who's in business out of a passion for what he does and his desire to help others. As soon as you meet him you can tell how much he loves computers and loves helping people in general. To say he's knowledgeable is quite an understatement. I wish he could've help me with some of my computer programming classes back in school lol!! For starters he's available 24 hours. Which is great of course. I was able to drop my computer off after work and pick it up after work the next day, very convenient! After dropping it off the first day he called me as planned around 9 o'clock at night to let me know that things were going well. I don't think customer service gets any better than that! Most places would've left the computer on the counter until the next morning. Scott had scans being run all night long so that it will be ready for pick up the next day. I'll also say that he is charging less than any place else I've ever taken a computer to get help, plus I've never gotten it back the next day fixed completely, plus there were no extra charges, hidden fees, etc. Actually he did more than what he said, he launched all my upgrades, he added some free software to help keep my computer virus free, he even installed an app on my computer in case I ever needed his help I could speak with him remotely. These are all free of course. And the computer has been working wonderful since I returned home with it! All problems fixed 100 percent!! How lucky to have a service like this right here in central New Jersey in Freehold. I would drive here to get my computer fixed even if I lived a half hour away. Very, very highly recommended! I'm also somewhat neurotic about my camera gear. After some deep research, several references and plethora of reviews, I opted to allow this team to handle my baby. I was so nervous. Not only was there damage, but I needed it rather quickly as I had upcoming shoots scheduled. The kind of shoots where I wanted to use my best camera body. I shipped it to them, they had the parts ordered the day it arrived, the next business day it was repaired, cleaned and calibrated. I will have it in my hands tomorrow I believe.
