I choose for dip nails, which cost $45. Unfortunately, by January 6th, the dip polish had already started falling off on two nails. Over the following days, more nails began to flake off until all of them were completely bare. For the remainder of my trip, my nails looked unkempt, with the leftover dip leaving my cuticles messy and unclean. I've had dip nails done at other salons before, and they've always lasted 2-3 weeks. This experience was extremely disappointing, and due to the poor quality of the service, I will not be returning to this salon.

Viviana was wonderful. She took her time and didn't rush my services. She offered me water and even wine. It was one of the best manicures and pedicures I have ever had. This place was quiet and very relaxing. Instead of the regular polish I wanted to upgrade to the gel (on my nails only). My only negative is this place is more expensive than the other places I have been to. My total when all was done $56....and of course a 20% tip. I guess you get what you pay for??? 1. I made an appointment 3 days ahead of time. My appointment was on a Wednesday. 2. They close at 7pm. My appointment was 5:30pm. I was there for about an hour with barely any wait time once I walked in the door. 3. No massage chairs (however I didn't mind) 4. When I arrived there were 3 techs and each had a person in their chair. 5. Very quiet, spa music playing

I understand that they will be some wait time as a walk-in, which I am completely fine with. However, if you say it will be a 15 minutes wait, and that turns into a 50 minute way we will have a problem. I would rather the front desk just be more honest about the wait time, or just say that they are too busy for walk-ins at the moment. I would understand if they were too busy to take me, but I would rather know that waste so much time waiting and waiting for a technician.

The pedicure came out really nice and the woman took her time and was detail oriented. For a manicure I did the added tip with gel and a French manicure design with almond shaped nails. This was my first time adding acrylic in yeaaaaars. So I was a little nervous if it matched my au naturel vibe lol. But my boyfriend and mom love them (so I won't switch them out) lol. I really don't like leaving negative reviews, especially because I've had a good experience here…read morebefore with Lena, but this situation was handled so poorly that I feel I need to be honest. I had an appointment with Lena scheduled for the 12th, but I needed my nails done earlier for a big event. I called to see if she had availability on the 11th. She didn't, but she reassured me that another nail tech there was great and that I would be happy with his work. Because I trusted her recommendation, I agreed to book with him. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill. The nail tech did not speak English, which normally isn't an issue, but it made communication extremely difficult. I immediately noticed my nail shapes were uneven. He had to pull up pictures of nail shapes on his phone and reference them while shaping my nails. I repeatedly pointed out nails that needed to be fixed, and there was a large amount of gel buildup underneath my Gel-X set that made my nails uncomfortable. I chose cat eye polish, and after two coats were applied and cured, I noticed the effect was not done correctly. The owner had to step in and show him how to use the magnet to create the cat eye look. At that point, it was clear he did not have experience performing that service, and I honestly feel someone else should have taken over. When he finished, the nails looked terrible. The shapes were inconsistent, there was no cleanup around the edges, and the buildup underneath was very noticeable. I told the owner I didn't like my nails and asked to have them removed because they were uncomfortable. During the removal process, Lena eventually stepped in and took over. However, before she did, he attempted to remove the nails on my right hand and rushed the process. The acetone was not left on long enough, and two of my natural nails are now extremely thin and damaged. The most upsetting part was being asked to tip him because he spent time on my nails and they still had to pay him. I was also told I should have spoken up sooner, even though I repeatedly tried to correct issues throughout the appointment. While they did not charge me for the service, asking for a tip felt inappropriate given the situation. I truly think Lena does beautiful work, and I've heard good things about another tech there, but unfortunately this experience was extremely disappointing. It felt like I was placed with someone who was not ready to take clients independently, and the situation was handled very poorly. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.
