After our referral was sent over to Siena Neck and Back, I was contacted by the front desk make an appointment for her. They were so friendly, flexible, and also worked with our schedule to get her care. The rooms aren't too big, but it's enough to get through a session comfortably. The office is always clean, and organized, and so is the bathroom! Dr. Loveland is amazing. He has been very patient and also reassures our teen when she's very nervous to get care. He asks her how she's feeling every time, goes into detail about what pain she's in, and tries to be social with her to make her feel as comfortable as she can be.
