Ron butcher, a salesman, was hospitable and friendly to me, even though he knew I was not going to buy a vehicle from him. I feel that shows real integrity. The service department got my truck running again and got me on the road. They even washed my truck, which was not necessary, but a nice gesture.

Had 4 new tires mounted on 4 new rims , which were installed incorrectly according to manufactures…read moremarkings. I called and was told by a technician with 20 years experience those marks don't matter your tires are balanced. Yes they are with weights put on the outside of brand new rims. If tires were mounted correctly there may have been no need for wheel weights. There was no consistency on the install and even one of the tires was installed backwards. Its just sad when people cant own up to their mistakes and would rather lie to you. LUCKY IT WAS ONLY TIRES I guess.

Saw the advertisement for a car on Facebook, when I went to the lot on a day that I was told they…read morewould be open nobody was there. I had to reach out to the owner on Facebook to find out they weren't even in town. I also noticed the car I came to see was not even on the lot. I also found out that day that it was moved to a completely different location. They offered to let me see the car on a week day but I had to go to the other location and the person who drove me did not have availability in the week. They also never offered to relocate the car back to the lot it was still being advertised at. The car ended up selling before I could even test drive or anything else....
