***update did what owner said and still have had no one reach out and contact me. Ridiculous! Well I will no longer be going to this location. We had a coupon and nowhere on the coupon does it say you have to buy a drink or anywhere in the store. I for one can't even drink soda or anything carbonated because it causes me pain but the "GM" says it's our store policy well if it is you should have it plastered on the walls and in front of register. Came in on a Monday evening and the pizzas, about 8 different types, were lined up and ready for consumption. They also had 3 different desserts awaiting us. They also had some soup (chicken noodle I believe) and some type of pasta dish (did not sample either of those). The pizza was actually pretty good, which I was kind of shocked to be honest. If you like red pepper flakes they are located behind the silverware. If you wanted a salad you had to order that at the end of the counter and select your fixings. The salad was quite fresh and on the larger side. We would definitely return, albeit with the grandkids like this time. The staff working here were all friendly. We wanted pizza but couldn't decide so we went to cicis. We hadn't been in over 8 years. The pizza was fresh and they asked if we wanted any special pizzas. Ask for the taco pizza. Yum. The salad bar was stocked, clean, and had many choices. We were able to all get what we wanted and it was really good. The dessert pizza was good too. read more

We had not been there in about three years. Now the quality and quantity of items were dismal. They offered very few pizza styles and they were not replenishing them with hot ones. The ones selected were over salty and over garlicky. Buffet price is too high. I mean it's all you can eat pizza. You can create your own personal and have it delivered to your table if you don't like or see pizza that is displayed on the Buffett line. Kids 3 and under eats free which is great to know! The dining room was filthy is my only problem. The tables were wiped but under every table had either crust or crumbled napkins. There was someone who came around with a cart to pick up plates but establishment wasn't busy so he could of swept the empty tables just to look better. Pizza buffet seems to be understocked or have older pizza at non-peak times. The macaroni and cheese pizza is not on the buffet. By the time they make a pizza on request kids have eaten other pizza and no longer want it. Many tables wobbly or booths are on angle, needing repair. read more

My friend and I walk in to cicis expecting a usual fantastic buffet which we haven't had in 4 years since we are from Massachussetts. We are greeted by a man working there named chris who was doing a great job washing the windows, he said hello and cracked a couple funny jokes and went on to show us an awesome magic trick. We learned chris is also from massachussetts in a town right outside of ours. He has a great personality and i believe the company is very lucky to have him during these thought times of everything getting shutdown. he keeps the vibes positive. read more

Crap. If I could give no stars, I would. This place used to be good, now, not so much. The pizzas are not kept topped up and toasty, the same 2 pieces of dried up garlic bread where on the buffet for over 25 minutes. I ordered a personal pizza, they kept me waiting over 25 minutes and even I asked for it, I was told it had already been "bussed". They then bring something not even close to what I ordered. Won't be coming back, will drive the extra 25 minutes to the one in Posner park. Don't bother with this place. Useless. read more

Great place to eat:) the kids love all the different selections of Pizza they serve. They have a small arcade area for the kids to take a break and TVs to watch while eating:) we definitely take advantage and take our time to get the most out of our $$:) the only thing that i really don't like that they've changed is that they don't have a busser anymore so you have to carry your own plates to the bin and toss the garbage away and stack your plates and I've seen it get a bit too messy when little kids are aloud to do this alone. read more

Negatives: A person in my party killed a cockroach underneath our table toward the end of our meal. The floors were dirty with crumbs everywhere. One of the toilets in the women's bathroom was completely clogged, and the bathroom smelled distrusting. The entire container of cucumbers was soggy. Cici's is awesome just because of their customer service skills alone.They always greet you right at the door and yell out WELCOME TO CICI'S! They are a pizza buffet and only for $4.99 so they get two stars right there for price and service....But as for the Pizza it is pretty good going down and tastes ok,but just a short time after you leave you may start to feel worst then you did before you ate..never fells everytime I eat there I just feel bloated and tired the rest of the night...Other then that Cici's is a great quick lunch for an awesome price. read more
