The cashier Lisa was awesome. But this was my favorite place to eat but not anymore . I was using the restroom and the Hispanic woman cooking did not wash her hands. She just went in side the restroom and used the restroom and walked out without washing her hands. And now she's in the kitchen cooking. That just made me sick to my stomach to were I can't even eat. This is Cici's, so you know not to expect a perfect eating experience. Food here was fine - typical Cici's. However, this place was SUPER busy on a Saturday afternoon - so busy that there were literally 5 slices of pizza on the pizza bar (and not the good pizza either). So you had to wait for pizza to come out. Then you had to weave through the annoying little kids running everywhere that weren't being properly supervised + make sure you didn't step on anything dropped by said unsupervised kids. Also, I also only saw 1 poor busboy, so forget about having your plates regularly picked up. But if all you care about is stuffing your face with pizza, this place will do. read more

Cashier/Manager was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very clean. They have upgraded the arcade since I've last ever been to a CiCi's and it's very nice. Food stayed stocked and fresh. Although the pizza may be decent at times (Depending on the slice taken) the real problem lies on the other side of the buffet. I witnessed something horrifying. My eyes deceive me sometimes but I'm certain of what I saw on my visit to cicis. I witnessed a cook playing with his pee pee. When caught he proceeded to give me and my associates a stare that would pierce through even the hardest of diamonds. He then proceeded to continue to make pizzas with his pee pee infested hands. I even saw him touching the ends of the silverware. What is the cook doing by the silverware anyways? The bathroom was another demon. While washing my hands (They didn't have soap) I had heard a man in the stall moaning, yes moaning. My experience wasn't all too bad though. The manager has great costumer skills and the pizza was neither good or bad. Overall I may return to cicis but if I see this cook again, I'll pass. read more

I have seen Cici's Pizza commercials for years, but I've never run across one. I am on a trip here in Tulsa and was driving around and happened to see this place. I knew that I had to try it. I've always been so curious about it! The commercials that I've seen have advertised this place as extremely affordable and an endless haven of pizza, salad, pasta, and dessert. It cost $6.02 (tax included) for one person to eat at this buffet. Yes. It cost $6 for all you can eat pizza. By paying that little, I obviously do not have high expectations. The restaurant is big. You pay as you walk in and then you seat yourself. It is very cafeteria-esque - there is one line and get whatever you want. Salads are first at the buffet, then pasta and soup, pizza, dessert, and then drinks. The salad bar is adequate with regards to things you can put in your salad, but geez, the iceberg mix was super wet and there was a little too much wilted lettuce in there. Not impressed. I skipped the pasta, so I cannot comment on that. I saw alfredo and marinara sauce, but I'm not sure if there are more varieties. The pizza section was pretty impressive with regards to quantity and variety. I tried jalapeno pepperoni, chicken and bacon, bbq pork, spinach alfredo, and pepperoni. I was not a fan of the pizza sauce - it was far too sweet for my taste and left a weird aftertaste. The crust was pretty flimsy and some of the pizzas were a little soggy. The slices are super thin. I had 6 slices, but I felt as if the amount of pizza that I ingested was equal to 2-3 slices of pizza at other places. The chicken and bacon pizza was best (since it had white sauce instead of the tomato-based sauced that I was not a fan of). You also have the option of ordering any other flavor pizza that isn't already out at the buffet (this option is included with the buffet). This pizza is fine considering you're paying $6 for as much pizza as you want. But, I really wouldn't pay any more than $6. I think frozen pizza at the supermarket is much better. Considering the food and price, I'd give Cici's 3 stars. The reason that I am giving it 2 stars is because of the pretty poor service in the dining area. I get that the restaurant was pretty crowded, but hardly any tables were being cleaned and there would be many dirty tables with mountains of dirty plates. Not appetizing at all. I wouldn't come back here. It was a pretty hectic dining experience with all of the kids running wild around the restaurant. I get that this restaurant is catered towards families and all, but when you have kids running buck wild all over the place, especially at a buffet where people are carrying hot plates of food, this becomes a hazard. I also have an upset stomach now. I think it was from the salad bar actually. Shouldn't have tried that super wet lettuce. Who knows how long that was left out for! read more

I love this location!! Staff is awesome. Everyone up front and working on the line greeted us, and thanked us for coming in when we left. We felt very welcomed. I'd give Cici's a higher rating, but feel to do so would discredit all of my 4 and 5 star reviews of "finer" establishments. Let's just say that Cici's is 3 stars on paper, but 5 stars in my heart. Cici's gets a bad rap for being a pizza feed bag special, but that bad rap simply is not justified. The quality of most of their ingredients, while far from being gourmet, are certainly well above acceptable and certainly fresh, especially their salad bar. Their pizzas are just down right tasty and if you haven't tried the mac n' cheese pizza, your missing something in life. I'm certainly not a regular and don't think they anyone who is, has really lived past the age of 58, but going is a nice treat a few times a year. Also service is excellent. Want a specially made pie or need to request something that currently isn't out on the buffet? The staff will reserve slices for you and bring them to your table once the pizza is cooked. Heck I've even seen families order 3+ pizzas just for themselves and the staff was happy to comply. Again, if you haven't already, you need to try the mac n' cheese pizza at least once...definitely worth the $5.55 admission price. read more

The rating depends on you. Are you a family with kids and don't like to watch your kids, then this place is a 5 star. Kids run around without much parental supervision, screaming, cutting in line and bumping into people. If you are a couple with limited funds than this place is a 4 star as it makes a cheap date. My roommate is on a walker and is not completely steady on his feet. More than once he has been bumped into by children and he was given dirty looks by the parents, who did not even stop their child. This is NOT CiCi's fault, it is the parent's... We eat there once or twice a month. The best time to avoid the majority of the noise and family rush is early dinner or later than regular dinner. (before 5:30pm or after 7:30pm). Generally the food is OK (some better than other) and the staff has been friendly to me and my roommate. The most recent new pizza (deep dish) is not really the greatest, I only like 1 of the 3 choices. The previous three types I like 2 of the 3. I over heard others saying that they did not like it either. I hope CiCi's changes the pizzas soon or I will be eating personal pizzas instead or buffet. read more

I downloaded the Cici app says scan receipt to earn rewards and they don't have receipts you can scan. Then go to get pizza and litterly they had no pizza had to wait for pizza or desserts, then they didn't give me my drink cups had to go back and get and one employee threw a chair to move it and came within a hair of hitting my grandson. read more
