My husband and I wanted to be big kids on a budget so we decided to go to this Cicis. It was about an hour and half left till closing, and the buffet was still decently stocked. Tables were clean and staff were keeping busy with the upkeep. Buffet and drinks cost us $25 which I feel is fair for the amount of food we ate. Everything tasted good and fresh, they had all my favorite pizzas and toppings for salad. And the best part was SpongeBob playing on the TVs. I dropped one star because of the games. I mean, who goes to Cici's without playing the games right? Well, games weren't terribly expensive, we got about 8 plays with $10. But they are definitely rigged lol. Came here with my family, my mother has health complications and is on an extremely strict diet and brought her own food to eat with the family. My mother was told that her food nor her drink were allowed. She had a doctors note stating she is on a strict diet and was ready to show management but was still denied to have her "outside food" we left. Mind you we were a decent sized country party. I'm diabetic so a pizza buffet is dangerous so I brought some low carb tortillas to see if they can accommodate me. I did a custom order and offered the tortillas and told the manager Byron my predicament. He said sure thing boss! They were awesome... Byron is my hero for the day. The quality is better than Cici's in other cities. The service was knock your socks off so I gave an extra star for that. Oh... and even before Cici's was the only place I get anchovies. My custom order is: -Low carb tortillas or flatbread -spinach pizza sauce -mushrooms -onions -black olives -green olives -anchovies -chicken -beef The chicken and beef is to cut some of the salt in the anchovies. Judge all you want, Cici's is a guilty pleasure of mine. You know exactly what you're going to get when you visit. I'm an adult, and I can do what I want, so I always start with a cinnamon roll or two as an appetizer. This gives them time to make a BBQ pizza if they don't have one on the bar already. Next comes soup. Don't ever skip the chicken noodle soup. It's surprisingly good for a pizza joint. Salad bar is pretty good also. Now that you've had all the appetizers, time to hit up the pizzas and cheese breadsticks. They have all the basics. If they don't have what you are looking for, they'll make it for you. It can take about 20 minutes for a custom pizza, so be sure to place this order when you're working on your appetizers. When you're done with pizza, enjoy more cinnamon rolls... and repeat! This location does a good job at stopping at your table and taking away used plates. Service is kind, managers are attentive. Went here with the kids after school, happy that their is a buffet that is open, the service is excellent there was not many people but I loved that they announced loud and proud when new pizzas were ready, my little one loved their chicken broth soup, which you could order with or without noddles, I had their pineapple pizza and the sausage one was great too, they had a calzone which was really cheesy. My 14 year old loved their jalapeño pizza and the cinnamon rolls which you can add icing too. Great service, we will be back! read more

As soon as I entered the place I could see people in one hand hold a pizza they're eating and on the other hand a whole new plate filling it up. It grossed me out how this restaurant doesn't have any rules, etc. when I went to get noodles in a cup they had just put a fresh batch. Little did I know that I would get stained with tomato sauce. The entire siding of the buffet table had tomato sauce or Alfredo sauce. It was not cleaned up. Finally, to top it all off, the noodles were still cold and not cooked fully. Been a while since i came to this location. Pizza was hot and good. Cashier looked like she was being held at work against her will. She wasn't rude, just looked very unhappy. I don't expect this great big smile or any special greetings, but more of making a opservation. I notice all Cicis location are this way. Don't get me wrong! If you like the same 3 flavors of pizza, then come to this location. They have pepperoni with no sauce, spinach or pep with jalapenos. That is all. They didnt even have cheese bread. Yet I saw them make it several times and box it for a to go order. Ummm okay.. Cicis used to have better options. The manager said they have a big order going out so they have to use the oven for those pizzas. Umm okay, so just forget about the people dining in? He said if people want other options they have to put in orders. I remember back in the day when they had actual variety. When half the buffet is empty because your fresh pizzas are all being delivered, just shut down and run a delivery service then. What a waste of money. Go to the Peter Piper buffet. We had dinner yesterday and it seems that social distancing has improved the service and food. Normally the buffet line would have old dry pizza. However every time we went up to the buffet line there was fresh pizzas with glistening grease that just calls out to you from under the heat lamps.
