Went through drive-thru and ordered what I thought would be a simple order ( 1 M cheese pizza, 2 cheesy breads & a salad). Sat in the drive-thru for just about 30 mins. Was given 3 small marinara sauces for 2 big boxes of bread. Makes no sense. Ranch instead of Italian for salad. Beets on salad even though we discussed what should be included. This place is amazing, apparently they are a chain! They offer unlimited pizza, salad bar, soups and pasta for under $7. They have a Buffalo chicken pizza that is as good as you can possibly make and the spinach Alfredo pizza is money! I got some Alfredo sauce from the pasta bar and dipped my pizza in it and I'm pretty sure I was in heaven! We went here last week for my sons t-ball party and it was terrible. The restaurant was filthy. My daughter wouldn't even eat her food.

We ate there last Saturday afternoon for their buffet. Each slice had 3-5 pepperoni and plenty of jalepenos on each slide. The salad was fresh. The food was excellent. They load up the ingredients, which adds to the buffet value. Even the Italian restaurants and other pizza chains really cheat on putting anything on the slices. I asked the manager if this was their usual practice and he said the owner philosophy is to never disappoint the guest or they won't come back. I was so full that I did not try any of the desserts. He said they have store in Odessa and a bunch in El Paso. My fix for pizza going forward will be here only. read more

Best pizza place in town. It is delicious and the buffet is always kept fresh. I highly recommend

We had some very good pizza at this relatively new Cici's location. They had a wide variety of different types at the buffet and they all seemed very fresh and well-made. I think they have better pizza than other similar establishments in town. The salad bar was pretty good but somewhat limited in toppings. read more

Pretty decent for a pizza buffet place. Clean and the pizzas were rotated regularly which was good.

The food is bare basic but pretty good. The prices for pizza are unbelievably inexpensive so I do not hesitate to order from them.

This was my first visit to Cici's... I've seen the commercials and wanted to try... Upon arrival, the employees shouted randomly from behind the counter a "Welcome to Cici's" which is somewhat off putting...salad and soups were basic and the pizza... Well it is what it is.... I had never considered myself a "pizza guy". Weird, I know, but I just never saw the appeal in wolfing down a cardboard grease triangle. However, after some friends vouched for the quality of the restaurant and one visit to this fine establishment, I must say, I have seen the light. Walked in nobody greeted us at the counter. There was A man not in uniform behind the counter just on his phone. Finally a girl came and rang us up. The alfredo pizza is the only reason I come to cicis and it was bomb. All the pizza looked fresh. Not like some cicis where the food starts to look dry and greasy and gross. One employee wearing blue jeans which I'm pretty sure isn't part of dress code. But that's not a big deal I guess. Over all its decent. Food is in good shape and not dried out. Seems popular. Let's start with I'm not a huge pizza fan but the family is. That said I myself was not a huge fan because it's a pizza buffet of course. But the kids and hubs loved it. They kept cycling the pizza two or three times in the 45 minutes we were there so that made me feel more at ease. Overall it was good, great prices too as always. read more

My husband and I went here for Teacher Appreciation Day so he could get the free buffet and we would pay for mine. My husband showed his teacher ID around his neck and that we saw this advertised on Facebook. The employee refused to give my husband a free buffet without a "printout". I asked what printout and the employee didn't know. I didn't want to argue so we left. read more
