I have been to this location a bunch of times and they never disappoint. If they don't have what you want out, they will make you a fresh pizza. The cheese sticks are amazing. The pizza is incredible. I love the elbow macaroni pasta. Nessa,ivy,sahriah are all amazing employees. Honestly everybody who works here is incredible. I got nothing negative to say about anyone. I have been meaning to try this for years and would even make my own at home until I could get near an area that had a Cicis! I ordered takeout and the food was ice cold when it got to me. The crust has no crisp if that's your thing. After rebaking the pizza myself I'd say it's alright though. The only other place nearby you can order a mac and cheese pizza from is Pizza Rox in Boynton, so I'd say the uniqueness makes up for a lot! Cicis proudly calls itself the best pizza value. For $9.99 an adult can enjoy can enjoy their all you care to eat salad, pasta, soup, pizzas and dessert pizzas. It is a self service buffet. The good news. Their salad has enough ingredients to choose from with plenty of dressing options. Their dessert selections are delicious and worth coming to Cicis as long as you are not a diabetic‼ They are too good tasting to eat in moderation. The elbow macaroni pasta is a good add on to your salad. I used to like it with the tomato sauce but I think my taste buds changed or they changed their tomato sauce. My friend ate the soup and said it was mediocre at best. All elbow macaroni and a little bland chicken broth. Cicis pizza is poor quality. It lacks quality pizza sauce and enough toppings and cheese. You are mostly eating dough. Ironically the best part of Cicics pizza is the crust. If you enjoy watching the open pizza oven and 2 pizza makers at work then you will enjoy Cicis if you sit near the buffet line. Thursday night July 10th!! My family of 5 went to the Green acres location!! AND we All give it 5 stars! ALL of the food was amazing!! Pizza, desert, soup and salad bar!! ALL of the food excellent!! I want to reaffirm my 5-star review. Since I posted four months ago, Cicis in Greenacres has become my favorite. I have visited no less than 10 times and it's a carbon copy each time. The pizza is pretty good. The salad bar is solid. The cheesy bread and desserts are wonderful. The spinach pizza is special. I'm hungry when I go in, I'm stuffed and fulfilled when I walk out, and then I want to go back as soon as 1-2 days later. For me, that's a restaurant that is clearly doing its job!! One thing that would be nice would be something different on a periodic basis. What about trying Wings on the buffet? As wonderous as the desserts are, what about circulating a "for a limited time" item every now and then? The salad bar is great with broccoli, pickles and beets! How about shuffling in some mushrooms, green peppers, and chick peas? The latter is a suggestion to make the place even better but I certainly stick with my Five Stars--not the least of which is for the value. Best. Value. Around. Period!!! One final note because I've seen some reviews here knocking the service. I'm greeted within seconds every time I walk in the door, and he's always quite friendly. You can't beat the price for this place! The pizza was fresh and hot. They will also take custom orders. We drove from Boynton Beach to have lunch and this is my dad's favorite place. The staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy trying different toppings and there is such a variety of choices - you can't go wrong! It's nice that they also have soup, salad and pasta which is all included in the price. I just wish there were more of these and closer to home. There used to be one 5 minutes away from my parent's home in Florida and not far from our place in New Jersey but both locations have since closed. The enhancement was definitely a good thing. It's more colorful and cleaner than what I remembered from the past. The buffet includes pizza, salad, soup, and dessert. It's cheap and good for the taste buds. There are a different variety of pizzas to choose from and two of the pizzas I had was a BBQ pork and apple Bavarian. The salad section was simple and it didn't have as many toppings as you normally see at a bar. However, our kids loved it and there is a game section for added entertainment. There were staff members continuously going around cleaning off tables and keeping the buffet clean. As the items got low, they made sure it was filled up again. I brought my 2 sons ( They brought me ) for fathers day 2023. I had read the reviews prior to leaving and they didn't seem that great. I was pleasantly surprised by everything. We were greeted s soon as we came in, paid for our buffet and drinks and off we went. My kids are 9 and 12 and they loved the fact that they could choose their own and get what they wanted. As did I actually. I enjoyed the buffalo chicken pizza myself, my kids liked the thin crust meat. I went up 5 or 6 times and only once was there not anything there, as they had a mad rush, but its fathers day and totally excusable. Our table was cleaned of plates at least once that I recall, maybe more. I read pretty far back into the reviews and didnt experience what others said they experienced. The pizza is very tasty however they take awhile to put it out and have mainly plain flavors out. Their layout is super awkward, very narrow buffet line where people are literally bum rushing past each other to get food and the lines can get pretty long. We went to Cicis Pizza 3024 Jog Rd. Greenacres, FL on a weekend at around 9:50PM. Our plan was to order TO-GO PIZZA. There were 3 young ladies as cashiers in the front. While in the middle of our order, the young lady who was taking our order suddenly stopped talking to me and immediately talked to the 2 other young ladies behind the counter and started talking about the new customers who just walked in, about 6 young men/teenagers. These 3 young ladies spent some time talking about the young men. One lady said "that's the one", another lady said "oh yeah, he's really cute". This is all happening while we're waiting for them to pay attention to us and complete our order. We sat on the empty high table with tall chairs to wait for our order. I'm not sure if it was intentional, but we waited for a long time. By this time, there's a new young lady by herself who's functioning as a cashier and taking orders. 2 of the 3 ladies are now working and walking around the buffet area and I observed that they kept on lifting their shirt behind then adjusting their pants while handling food and in and out of the kitchen area. From where we're sitting, I saw one of the 3 ladies from earlier holding a tray with pizza that she just got from the oven conveyor; next second it was gone and she was staring at the floor in dismay. When the other lady staff noticed what was on the floor, she gasped then started laughing. The lady then picked up what's on the floor, but I don't know what she did to it. I went closer to them and I saw her cutting a tray of pizza. I stood there for awhile watching her cut the pizza and then took another tray from the oven conveyor. The new cashier lady walked all the way from the front to the back area where I was standing and asked, "do you need anything?". I told her I was waiting for my order, she then took care of our order. On our receipt the user name was John. I saw 2 men in staff but they were never in the front. To the owner of this business, I'm sure you have a recording of what's happening in your store. Please pay attention and correct the mistakes. There are potential violations. Hire high quality staff. I don't believe in requiring experienced staff. You need someone who will take pride and appreciate whatever job they have. If these 3 ladies are related to the business owner, you still need to let go of them. Hire people that will always do the right thing no matter what.
