This location was disappointing. We walked in and it smelt horrible, like dirty mop water and must. The floors were sticky and the tables were a mess. I even witnessed a little girl dropping a pizza spatula and putting it back on the tray. I thought the worker was going to take the tray and spatula to the back but NO, he quickly put it back and put more pizza on the tray like nothing happened! And to make things even worse, we found a hair in our food! This is disgusting and they need to do better. read more

They want $8 for a child buffet. I explained that my 4 year old granddaughter wouldn't eat more than a n one slice and a brownie. They happily told me too bad. Stopped into CiCi's Pizza in Fort Worth for a quick, no-fuss meal and it delivered exactly what we needed. This posting goes to the Exemplary work to the three individuals that worked March 24, 2022 between the hours of 7:30p-10:00p. We were in a group containing more than 70 people! This crew had us in and out in less than two hours! McDonalds couldn't even do that. These professional pizza artists did not complain, they were amazing and ALL the pizzas were popping out every few minutes. They hustled to clean, passed out orders, and took out trash. I cannot say enough about these three individuals. They earned the right to be recognized, haven't seen that kind of hustle and teamwork in a long time. read more

First of all, me and my baby love cicis. We usually go to the one on little road in Arlington by 20 and their service is SUPERB !! always clean always fresh food. More than enough workers , they go over and beyond. But here off eastchase. Omg. It's only 2 workers . All the buffet pizza looks old and cold. ALL OF IT!! I ordered a pizza and even it was cold when i got it.this place is already dirty , floors, tables and they just opened and hr ago. I asked for a high chair, he pointed to them , didn't help me but every cicis not the same. All the high chairs were stacked and super dirty !!! The whole place is dirty. This is Cici's Pizza everybody has been here. They have a good pizza buffet. At least I like them. You have to go when they are busy or you will get cold pizza. They will cook up extra pizza and hide them under the counter. I wish they would not do that. Cold old pizza is a turn off. To get around this problem you need to order a special pizza. That way it will be fresh. Or go only when they are busy. I like the variety of pizza and I like thin pizza. They have a good pizza sauce and a good amount of toppings. People like the salad bar I just go for the pizza. This location is nice, clean and new. Good staff. The kids can over run the place like all Cici's. But that is what you get. Just hope it is not crazy with wild kids the day you go. I have not had any problem at this location it is kind of a relaxed environment. read more

Okay, let me start off by saying it's Cicis, so I didn't go in expecting like the best experience or service around. however, that doesn't mean it still wasn't disappointing to walk in and see how crowded, small, and dirty this location was. Granted, it was busy, but getting around with a car seat shouldn't be so difficult since it's supposed to a family friendly restaurant. once we settled in, other than the salad bar, the buffet was empty. No pasta, no pizza, no dessert. We had to wait for the buffet to be restocked. A few of the fountain drinks were out of service as well. After awhile, the staff finally caught up and the buffet stayed stocked, but I feel as though that should have been consistent, especially for Sunday lunch hour. My boys wanted to play arcade games and while my husband and I finally ate lunch, we handed them some coins and let them go at it. Unfortunately, the machines did not work and they ended up wasting the kids money. As I mentioned, the restaurant was dirty. There was pizza on the floor and tables weren't cleaned off when people left. When my five year old needed to use the bathroom, it was gross and there was no soap and the hand sanitizer stations around the restaurant were empty. If we hadn't already paid before seeing the empty buffet and how dirty the place was, I probably would have walked out. I don't like writing bad reviews, but I don't recommend this place. read more

This location is very filthy.. the bathrooms weren't clean, the tables and seats had left over crumbs on them (I bring sanitary wipes), and my husbands custom pizza tasted like cardboard. i always loved this location for many reasons. its close to my house, close to many stores for shopping and the store always decorates the inside for the holidays. the bathrooms are always clean when i visit, the buffet line is also clean and maintains restock with pizza. Sometimes on the weekend they tend to be busier so be patient if there happens to be a lot of people at the pizza line. Dont forget you can also request a specialty pizza to be made if they don't have your favorite on the buffet line. I once ordered a specialty pizza and they messed it up. I order half pepperoni with mushroom and half chicken alfredo with jalapenos and they gave me half chicken alfredo and the other half chicken alfredo with pepperoni and like 5 mushroom slices. I decided it wasn't worth arguing about it and decided to just take it and eat it. every now and then they tend to limit the vegetable options in the salad bar so sometimes you have to ask if they have a certain item in the back or ask if you could get a small plate with it. Went to enjoy dinner at this location, walked in the entire restaurant was filthy only one girl was cleaning two other workers were in the back laughing and goofing off there was no fresh pizza so I asked for a pizza to be made, they took my order and NEVER made it when I asked for pizza they reached under the counter and told me that the cold pizza was edible that he handed me when I asked to speak to a manager the manager came out and said to me he can't give me a refund for crappy service and that he wasn't going to give me corporates number either. I don't recommend coming to this location at least at night because the staff does not care for the customers what so ever read more

This won't be a typical review as I didn't eat but I feel is important enough to tell. I was parked at the far end of a parking lot this CiCi's is in when I was resting in my back seat. I got out to get in the front and accidentally locked myself out of my car. I didn't have anything but my phone and my water bottle. It was 99degrees Fahrenheit outside. I have a disability which causes heat intolerance, brain fog, and extreme instability when upright. I walked across the very large parking lot and went into the CiCi's. I tried to explain my predicament to the cashier and she immediately let me sit down and brought me a glass of water. I told them I had no physical money since my purse was in my car but I had my phone so I could order something online so they didn't think I was loitering. My husband was coming with the spare key but he was a few cities away. I spoke with the manager to offer to buy myself a "buffet" online or show them my medical card on my phone but they said it wasn't necessary and told me I could rest as long as I needed to. This level of humanity I haven't seen in a long time. They were all extremely understanding, polite, and didn't treat me like a vagrant. The manager, and both employees at this CiCi's deserve extreme recognition for their assistance. Without some water and the ability to sit and cool off I'd have probably collapsed and become incoherent. I'll never forget this and I wanted to be sure they are recognized for their wonderful kindness. read more

I came in around 11:00 on 11/15/19. There was one person that was working the entire place. She was awesome! Kudos to whoever she is. I've seen fully staffed CiCi's chains that couldn't hold a candle to her. I wish I would've gotten her name. I give it five stars simply for her effort. It was extraordinary. Although the place doesn't look unique or enough to stand out, there was a waste area for us to put our plates, it was easy and we could just walk and drop our plates off. I love that they had vending machines, easily accessible. The employees were nice and knew that I didn't want meat when I asked them. The pay was amazing for an all you can eat area. When we walked in they hardly had any pizzas on the line, maybe 4 all together. They did end up putting more pizzas out, so there's that and quality was fine. They did have a new hires social security card sitting on the counter unattended where anyone could easily grab or write down the number no problems, which isn't really my problem, but I wouldn't be too happy if I was that person. The main thing that irritated us was that there was a sign to not throw away your unused parmesean and pepper packets when you are done with them.... like.... we are in a pandemic.... where we are supposed to have little contact, and you want to reuse the packets that who knows how many people have touched. This cicis pretty much sucks every time I come here. The workers are always messing around and all the pizza is old. All the pizza they put out has clearly been in sitting under the counter for quite some time. As you can see in the picture, there were several empty pans on the buffet...and they stayed empty for about 20 minutes. And there were only a few other customers in the restaurant. Coming to this Cicis is a waste of time and money because you have to sit there for an hour for a chance to get a slice of fresh pizza. I will not order carryout from Cici's anymore. I usually don't have a problem. I ordered two pizzas one Large BBQ on one half and Italian Sausage on the other half. My other pizza was a Large Italiano. They did not place my order. The young cashier said that she was waiting for me to come in so she can ask me the toppiings for Italiano. After talking to manager Cici's no longer has the Italiano pizza. She could have said that over the phone and I would have ordered something else.
