I like their pizza and especially the noodle soup. They do a good job of running the place, especially when the place is full. I try to go when the rush is over. I like all their pizzas, except the ones that come with fruit on top like pineapple. Big Ole Nope!! Rude & Cold Food. The main reason I came here was for cinnamon rolls. When I got there they had 3 so I got them they were dry and missing icing. I asked if they were putting anymore. The lady said the fresh would be out in a few minutes. I waited about 10 minutes and asked the lady. She got kind of rude and said she would put more in and it would be 10 minutes. I told that was what I was told 10 minutes ago. I asked her if the new ones were going to have icing because the last ones didn't. She got even ruder and said the icing was supposed to be put on after it came out and they were supposed to sit another 5 minutes for it to melt. I usually enjoy CiCis. This location was not the norm. Most of the soft drinks were not working as they had run out of syrup. They couldn't seem to keep the buffet stocked with pizza as there was only 1 employee cooking. The deserts were non existent. I asked when we went through the buffet if they no longer provided it? The young lady said they would be out shortly, but shortly never happened. All in all I found no sense of urgency to take care of the customers. I would save your money! read more

Went on Monday, they were completely out of soda and said they had tea and water but they ran out of tea as well. There was no discount for not being able to get anything other than water. The staff was very nice and my interactions with them were pleasant. Most of the soda was out of order, so we were not pleased to pay extra for a drink, but not have any choices we prefer. Additionally, there were no lids for the kids drinks and no straws. There was a decent selection of pizza and it tasted decent enough for myself and my kids. Apparently, now you have to purchase a game card to use the games (I do not care for this). At first the machine for the cards wasn't working, so we thought the kids wouldn't be able to play, as the employee who helped us only said "I guess we will have to call the manager". Thankfully, a young gentleman who worked there was able to unplug the machine and plug it in. However, the amount of credits for each game is pretty high, so the kids burned through their credits very quickly. Lastly, the women's restrooms was gross. It smelled awful, like a cat litter box or something. It was messy and as if most of the lights didn't work. We didn't even use the sink to wash our hands as it didn't seem sanitary. Thankfully I had hand sanitizer with me!! My friends and I pondered if this was the reason the Macon Rd location closed as well. Everytime i go to cicis there is never any fucking ranch this place is horrible, i tried calling about 20 times just to order, and they wouldnt pick up they would just hang up in my face like im nothing. I ordered only two pizzas 20 minutes before arriving and the order stated it would be ready. When I arrived on time, I sat in the lobby and wasn't spoken to until 15 minutes. When the server spoke to me , he told me my order was never placed, but 15 minutes later he stated he found the order, but took 20 more minutes to bring me the pizza. When you're in a hurry, and have 5-6 hungry kids with you yelling about how hungry they are, knowing that they all ate dinner 3 hrs ago, then Cici's is my go-to. They have Pepperoni and cheese pizzas already made fresh, for an exceptional price. I just swing in there, snag a couple of the pizzas and head home knowing they'll be content when we got there. We've been here a handful of times since we've moved here hoping that it would get better and every time it just gets worse! Today is the second time I've been to this location and had a horrible experience! No one is wearing gloves, not even the manager! Servers are very very slow! I'm looking at the pizza bar and it's almost empty; folks are waiting but they're still moving slow! The pizza isn't tasty at all! Lucky for us we saw this place. We remember from living in texas over 10 yrs ago that this pizza pkace was really affordable. We pulled in around 5pm. They have a big parking lot. We were greeted and were able to choose our seats rights away. We didnt know they had a little arcade section, so we knew that my son was going to like it here right away. They have a good selection of at least 9 pizzas, not including dessert, 2 sauces for the pasta, like 2 or 3 soups, and a salad bar. For $5.00 even as a promotion in july, you cant beat it. I had a salad, a slice of white pizza, a slice of spinach alfredo, and a couple cheesy breadsticks. I thought they were all good, especially the breadstick twists, so buttery, soft, and fresh. For dessert i had the cinnamon rolls, a bavarian creme slice, and a brownie. The cinnamon roll/bread was the best! All in all, i'd say that eating here is well worth the price. I did a 5 star review because my wife loves Cici's. Now the positive: service is good, food is good, and special orders are quickly made and served. The kids have some entertainment with the arcade. The negative: if they are busy pizza choices are limited due to pizza popularity, the most desirable pizzas go quickly and you can be left with a pizza you may not want.
