This was our first time going to a Cici's location, so obviously we didn't know what to expect. I will be honest, I was previously told not great things about Cici's (not this location) and so I didn't have high expectations. As soon as we entered we were immediately greeted. When we advised we never been there before the staff member very politely explained how everything worked. The decor was nothing to rave about but it was mostly clean (one table was not clean but someone may have just left). They have an arcade in the back for kids to play some games. The pizza is obviously not NY pizza but for what you pay, it really was not that bad and our kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Actually, I liked the BBQ Chicken pizza! The dessert pizzas were Bavarian and Apple Pie, they also have cinnamon buns and brownies which were my boys favorites! Staff was absolutely amazing here and really, the main reason for the higher rating! Overall definitely a great place to take picky kids who like pizza! My kids are already asking to go back for more! read more

Will not be back. The facility was not clean. The only reason I am giving two stars is due to the staff on the floor making rounds to remove used plates. They were pleasant and attentive to keeping up. However, there needs to be some standard as the patrons are serving themselves. They should be allowed to deny service to anyone coming in with body parts hanging out of their clothing and body stench that would kill a horse. That is not acceptable. Our experience was so unpleasant we could not leave fast enough. This is where policies and management are failing the brand. read more

I was in town for work and, while out running in the evening, saw this CiCi's and decided to go for dinner. As a while, the staff was efficient and friendly, the pizza was perfectly cromulent and tasty, and the restaurant was clean. But when the manager on duty, Justin, asked if I wanted any particular kind if pizza, I asked him for a BLT pizza. He said they don't have one, but he said he would create one for me - and he did! He brought it out to my table, hot out of the oven with fresh shredded lettuce on top, and it was outstanding! Kudos to Justin and his crew - they deserve a huge shout out! read more

When I tell you, you will find comfort in that rich brothy soup, I mean it. I stir the pot with their ladle, then just scoop just the broth into my bowl. It makes me happy to drink it. Their pizza is good enough & the staff always seems helpful & friendly. Hubby loves their peach tea. The price is fair. read more

Food was what I expected for the price. I would order again. Delivery was very bad, pizza was left on the poach so was cold by the time I discovered it. Door bell works, phone works no attempt was made to let me know the delivery was here, looks like the driver did a drop and run. read more

I have teens - all you can eat pizza that is affordable is a money saver for me. Is it the best pizza we have ever eaten, no. But given the fact that they had a full restaurant and were keeping up with demand in a timely manner, that made me happy. Yes, the floors are sticky but overall extremely clean (I suspect they need to be stripped). Staff was extremely helpful. I will say it is loud in there which I expected going in. For one child, it was a bit overwhelming though they have already asked to go again but with earplugs. I will call that a win. read more

I wish Sarah had our experience in NYC. We ordered a large plain pizza. They brought out a crust and put olive oil and oregano on it it and said enjoy!! I live this place!! Everything is hot. Went to CiCis Pizza today for the first time in years. The service was great. Sam at the front register was very helpful, and Jina in the Dining room was fantastic. She was constantly cleaning tables, removing plates, asking if anyone needed anything all with a friendly smile. She was in constant motion, working at a fast pace. Jina cleaned the bathroom too. The people in the kitchen were working really hard trying to keep up with Demand, they never ran out. The salad bar was good, The pizza was better than I remembered. It will not replace the best pizza spot in the neighborhood, but everyone should be able to find something the like here. read more

Worst location i have ever been to. They had the worst customer service I have ever seen. When I tried ordering a pizza for my table they told me it was buffet only and that they would call when it was out. They never called it out. Then when I talked to another employee, she told me to next time specify what I want. I guess asking for a Zesty Pepperoni for my table isn't specific enough. Then later, they decided its acceptable to talk to a little girl like she was stupid for asking a question. Employees are rude and the food is mediocre. Guess you get what you pay for. read more

First time and last time. Do not recommend for large parties or group get togethers. Called to make reservations for a team party. They told me they take reservations but it's still first come first serve- so why even bother taking info. When we arrived no tables were even set for a group party. I was quoted a price for kids and adults a month in advance so I made sure we had the place locked on. When we arrived we were told the prices have gone up. We had to acquire our own tables as they became available- our team was split into booths and had only one regular table- we had 17 out of the possible 30. That actually showed up. The arcade area is a joke. Too small of a place for parties- do not recommend- the pizza is not very tasty. Very limited toppings for a small salad and different types of pizzas on the buffet. Such a shame this is the only place in Brooksville-too small for parties. read more

So I went here today after getting my vehicle serviced in the area. Since my mom was riding with me I decided to treat her for lunch, because she always talks about CiCi's since they closed the Port Richey and Countryside locations. I've never been to this location, but it was way better than the St. Pete location I went to recently. I like the crust better, and everything was fresh and hot. All though all of the staff were nice and friendly, the guy cooking the pizza and putting them out was really nice and displayed great customer service, and took pride in displaying the food, and making sure everything was filled, and CLEAN! I will definitely make the trip to this location again. They have awesome cinnamon rolls and cheese bread, which are my favorite at CiCi's. read more

We were waited on by Stephanie who was an amazing host and employee... she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed... she made this a three star review. Food was ok... they had no fountain drinks because according to the not so nice young man who was manager, they ran out... they had two liter bottles out for guest to use... not sure that is approved with the health department.. read more

My rating is NEGATIVE 4, I came to have dinner with my family and everything looked and felt dirty. The silverware was not cleaned, tables were not cleaned properly, floors were nasty. Would not recommend going here EVER.... I understand it's cheap BUT come on some things are just a requirement. read more

I would give 6 stars if I could. There are carrots especially of the baby variety and that was bomb. They pizza was amazing and people were oh so very nice. Had family over all afternoon enjoying the warm weather and the pool and around 7:30 we decided decided to go out to dinner and we chose this place. I was excited cuz I was ready and had been wanting to try the new stuffed crust pizzas that had just been introduced. The pizzas were very good, we were so surprised at that late hour that there were so many people there. The staff was ready tho, the pizzas were always replenished in a timely fashion. The longest we had to wait for the next pizza to come out would be 10 minutes, what was very impressive considering how many mouths they had to feed. I am surprised myself at the high reviews that I gave them, I was expecting them to be of less quality than what they were. Not to mention just the pizzas but the salad, pasta, breadsticks, and desserts we're all good too. Kudos to them for doing a great job. read more

Just not very good. I saw the ad for NY style pizza so I gave 'em a try. The NY crust is thin and foldable when fresh but there just isn't much flavor. Don't get me wrong, it's not terrible but it's not good either. 'Meh' is probably the perfect description. It was busy and the selection & turnover was good. If you're looking for pizza, there are many better tasting options. If you're looking for a pizza buffet, this is the only game in town. read more
