I prefer a natural look and typically come in every 2-3 weeks. Even my ophthalmologist recently complimented the quality of the application, mentioning that she sees many patients with retinal scratches and eye infections caused by poorly applied lash extensions...so that really says a lot about the skill level here. The location is super convenient in Times Square, directly across from the subway station, which makes appointments easy to fit into a busy day. They also offer other services like lash lifts and tints (which I haven't personally tried yet), but I've seen the results on other customers and they look great. Emma also does waxing and does an incredible job, though I can't get it done as often as I'd like due to my retinol use. She assessed my lash type and eye shape and told me that it's just a matter of where she placed the rod. My lashes turned out super lifted and lovely. She had a timer for each solution and it was all very matter of fact and systematic - perfect. For first time clients they discount the lash lift from 90 to 80 and give a castor oil lash solution. They said keep lashes dry for 4 hours (one day is for old solutions I guess) and no mascara for one day. You can pay with the card you used to book the appointment. They prefer tip in cash but will also accommodate putting on card. Overall this place was great and if I lived here I would be a regular.

After a couple successful lash lifts scattered over the past two years, I was feeling like I needed…read morea pick me up. I had gotten extensions in the past which looked great, but extensions are uncomfortable, I can't sleep on my face without stressing, and they're a lot of maintenance. A lash lift isn't as life changing as extensions, but it certainly makes a difference if you have some decent natural lashes to start (the real flex would be using latisse for a couple months, and then getting a lash lift). I saw Annie and made an appointment a couple days in advance online. It's around $150 for a lift and tint which honestly feels like a lot. However, it takes the technician more than an hour to complete, and I could tell Annie was doing very thorough and careful job. The end result was great. I chose the L curve which is the most lift. All my lashes are evenly lifted and uniform. When I actually have mascara on I'm sure the results will be much more dramatic. It will last for 5-7 weeks - I definitely plan on adding this into my routine every couple of months.
