The money was counted out many times by both of us!!! There was no written contract that showed my deposit; only a copy of the party plans. My plan was circled for the price per person. My deposit was not deducted from the total amount owed. If you read comments from the past about this owner; it's not the first time he has used this tactic. I'm praying for Michael!
