The thing that is crazy is that there is a national coin shortage and other banks are still charging people to take their coins if you don't have an account. But not Shorewood bank and trust. I dont have an account but they were happy to help me out and everyone was friendly and the coin machine was very easy to use. Don't get charged to get cash for all the coins you saved up come here and get every penny you saved into cash

Afterwards they refused to even talk to me or cash my check and told me to take my check elsewhere . I ended up taking my check to Joliet chase and Jackie behind the desk was so happy to help me and checked the system and explained the issue to me and I was able to receive my money. She even apologized for what happened to me at three morris location. Armando is a judgmental racist negative rude person . We had no idea they changed anything until they called saying his payment was late. We tried to get into the new system, but none of his papers even have an account number on them. I had to call in just to get that, and after a big hassle, the guy finally gave it to us. Then the registration still wouldn't go through. I've called several times, and now they're saying I can't make a payment online anymore and have to talk to financial recovery. When I asked to be connected, suddenly no one was there to talk to. Today I called again, and one person said they can't do 3-way calls. But when my son called from his phone, all of a sudden they could. Then they told us he was already registered--but when I tried "forgot username," it still doesn't work. So now I just sit and wait for financial recovery to call. The whole reason we set up automatic payments in the first place is because life gets busy and I don't always have time to sit down and pay bills manually. Yet here I am, over a week later and several hours on the phone, still trying to make one simple payment. This has been nothing but a headache from start to finish.
