NEVER COME HERE. I was made a fool of at this location for the first time in my life so bad that I had an anxiety attack. I went in with a personal check from my employer and Armando the manager had me waiting for 20 minutes while they huddled behind the desk and the rest of the customers in the lobby stared at me behind the counter. Afterwards they refused to even talk to me or cash my check and told me to take my check elsewhere . I ended up taking my check to Joliet chase and Jackie behind the desk was so happy to help me and checked the system and explained the issue to me and I was able to receive my money. She even apologized for what happened to me at three morris location. Armando is a judgmental racist negative rude person . When I called the location he refused to acknowledge the situation and told me he would do the same if I came back. read more

This is ridiculous! I've been on hold with #ChaseBank for over an hr to talk to someone about releasing $ on my account. I went to the local branch(while on hold) and the woman said she couldn't do anything for me (with an attitude) and basically walked away. Said she was "sorry" I told her that her apology didn't mean anything to me Because she didn't want to help me in anyway. Seriously thinking about closing my acct. What happened to business wanting to go out of their way to at least try and help the customer? I like that this location is usually a ghost town. I can walk right up inside or pull up the drive thru without a wait. With that said, there's a couple of tellers here that I seek to avoid. There's this one lady that no matter what, even small talk she always appears to be angry - avoid. Then this other teller is just indifferent - avoid. Now, the last teller, (because there's only three because chase cut all the teller positions) she's really pleasant, likes to go above and beyond like offering an envelope to hold your cash or checks. It's the little things. The personal bankers are all courteous and professional as well. They can help you with credit card issues, open new accounts and even offer notary services. I know some chase locations offer at least two drive up ATMs, but this location only offers one in the drive thru, the other is located inside the building. read more

Went to ATM 8/18 3AM to deposit check. After it sucked my check up a message came up it couldn't accept checks for deposit. Now NO ONE knows where my check is and I can't dial the direct location number but they want me to hold over a half hour to make a claim!!! WTF read more

Branch manager at this location is extremely unprofessional and just plain rude. We had a problem with our account having a duplicate automatic withdraw. We were laughed at while explaining the situation and then talked down to, told it was the banks money?! Terrible customer service. Understaffed, tell you to wait and it won't be long.... 45 minutes later and still sitting. No one has come out to let us know how much longer to complete a simple form. People walking in and just stand here looking around as no tellers or anyone up front. This is why I bank LOCAL. Only here bc of spouse. Avoid this place and go to Grundy Bank . Just spoke to Heidi the manager.Beware of this. UNLESS you SWIPE your debit card transactions, you have NO ability​ to stop payments on On-Line transactions. Additionally even if you refused overdraft protection, they will put at their descretion make payments if NOT Swipped. Essentially you have NO Protectors at Chase. Heidi did everything in her power not to share this. She also tried everything she could to make me curse, threaten or do anything to give her an excuse to hang up on me. Heidi Patterson is the most rude and unprofessional so called branch manager I have ever encountered. I cannot believe Chase bank has such an ignorant employee working for them. She does not represent Chase bank in a positive manner. After having to go to this branch to close my deceased mother's account I had the most unpleasant experience with her. She was rude, uncaring, and the most ignorant person I have ever encountered at a bank. Even to the point of her referring to my mother as "whatever her name is". I complained to Chase bank's executive office about Heidi Patterson and all I received from them was a message saying they spoke with her and she said she did nothing wrong and they closed the case. Heidi Patterson (if that is her real name bc she doesn't wear a nametag and according to Chase escalation dept, there is no "Heidi" there) is a terribly rude person. I went in bc I had a prob with a charge on my card. She told me to call the 800# on my card. I said I came in so I could talk face to face with someone about my money. She said if i wanted to, it would be a 30min wait for the personal banker. I asked why she couldn't help me and she stated she was busy. I made a comment that maybe I should take my money elsewhere bc the branch is too busy to help customers (btw, 4 emp, it's a Tues morn, 1 cust and 1 car in drivethru). She said well you can wait 30 minutes if you want. I went and sat out of her view in the personal banking waiting area. She must not of realized I was still in the location, because she began talking smack to the drivethru teller about me. She stated "I can't stand her...do you know how many times she has threatened to take her money out of this bank... I wish she would... ". I got up from my chair and stated "no, how many times have I threatened that?" She was visibly shocked that I was still there and I demanded her DMs phone#...surprise, nobody answered. This woman needs to go. I have never had an issue with anybody else there. This "Heidi" lady never calls me by name, never smiles at me, never acts like she enjoys her job. She's just a miserable person and I feel bad for every single person that has to work under her as well as every other customer she is treated this way. read more

I do not bank there, but had to go in to make my last car payment. Yes, even though I had automatic payments for my car loan, I had to physically make my last payment with a check. But I did not know that until I noticed my last payment was not taken out of my checking account. Had to call Chase to find out what happened.That is when I found out that I had to physically make my payment after my payment was due! Nothing was noted on my chase online account!! You would think that that would be done automatically like GM does-oh they use Capital One! So the next day I go to the Morris location with my check. No one at front counters, go to window counter and explain why I am there. They can't do it.(no customer there or in drive up) I have to talk to loan officer! Who is on phone. Wait for him, I have to explain why I am there again! He asks for my SS # -sorry not going to give that information out when I have account number written on my check. So I wait when he puts it in incorrectly to the computer, then I wait while he has to get up and go to the back to get me my receipt. As I am waiting for my receipt this women (who may or maynot be a manager) comes over to me and asks me if the loan officer was rude to me..because I was rude to him and that I was mad when I walked in and keeps going on and on. Well first of all how can she hear me if she is back at the window counter and I am in the loan officers cubicle? What no privacy when you are conducting financial transactions! She went out of her way to cause a scene. She seems like an angry person and should not be able to work with the public or employees. I could of went over all the reasons that I was upset with Chase bank for making me drive to another town to take care of something that should be taken care of automatically. I told her she was being rude to me and that I would not and did not need to bank at Chase again. She replied "good!" I then got up and walked away from her without saying anything to her. I got the reciept from the loan officer said thank you and when he said have a good day I said "you too" and walked out. There was 1 person in the bank when I was there and this women did this in front of her! Wow, no class! This lady does not need to work there.If she is a manager they do have mangement classes that Chase could have her attend-it is called tact and diplomacy class!
