The teller ask if this was a commercial deposit and when told no she REFUSED to wait on me until I moved into one of the other drive up lanes. She wanted to prove she was in charge and that the commercial lane had to be kept open. over the last five years i have made 60 deposits and not once has there been anyone in the commercial lane. I go to BMO, Old National, Bank Financial and go into the commercial lane and the teller greets you with a good morning or good afternoon and not asking is this is a commercial transaction. As a manager at another business once told me no matter what the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. The staff at this location really needs to learn that. Tried calling bank to talk to manager but no one answers the phone. Upper management should be looking at this.
