Today, they deposited MY check from TownCenter into MY account at Towncenter. Then acted confused when I asked for my money. I went in and told them it was not a deposit, but a withdraw. They then showed me someone else's check for a payment on their loan. They explained that I had made a payment on my load and handed me the check. Well I don't have a loan with TownCenter and that was not even my check. I later looked at my account and they had taken double the money out of my account. When I called I was told that tomorrow all my money would be available. They need to learn the difference between a deposit and a withdraw, maybe they could ask a Third grader to explain it to them. Also, make sure you count your money prior to leaving, more than once they have shorted me money... Maybe counting is not this banks thing.

Your rep reversed two charges leaving me with a charge of more than $300 in overdraft fees. That is all he offered. I used to love Fifth Third bank, and you just lost me as a customer. You literally stole more than $300 out of a locked account. Disgusting way to do business. DO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR YOUR BUSINESS. I have been with them since the early 90s, and will look for a new bank.

They seem to be held to stringent policies that prohibit them from making decisions to support extenuating circumstances, on a case by case basis. After receiving an email from a great person at the bank, a VP, informing us of an overdraft, we took quick action to make a deposit, while traveling back into town. Called to see what was happening, and took swift action to take care of the issue, and later look into what caused it. We've never had an overdraft, and an accounting glitch resulted in funds for our payroll inadvertently, being debited from OPT instead of another account at another bank. As a result, we were charged $140 for the overdrafts. After 6 years of doing business with OPT and zero overdrafts, we were told there is nothing that they can do, "bank policy." We are moving our business to a bank that affords their people the opportunity to make appropriate decisions in supporting long term relationships, problem solving support, and manage various circumstances as they arise. I would not recommend Old Plank Trail Bank, or Wintrust.

I handed the teller my card along with my Driver's license. From then in the transaction took 10 minutes. They have the WORST customer service. I also bank in wisconsin at a credit union. Gave the girl my card not even a Driver's license gave her the same $200. It took me under 1 minute. She didn't have to punch anything in the computer. It was a simple transaction, unlike it was. Dealing with old second national bank. You guys are a joke and Whomever is in charge of your customer service.They need to rethink it because since you took over from westerbour bank , you people are horrible.
