Her tone felt dismissive and condescending, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Since I didn't have the physical card with me, she said she couldn't help and had to call a manager. Thankfully, the manager was able to quickly figure out that I had used Apple Pay and clarified things. I appreciated the manager stepping in, but the initial interaction left a really negative impression. Customer service is such a big part of the in-store experience, and I hope this location can work on being more welcoming and respectful to customers.
