Great food!!! Long wait, but sooooo worth it!! Upon checking in and getting on the waiting list, Charli offered to take our order in advance so we could just hand it to our waiter/ waitress. That really sped things up for us and was just amazing customer service! Our waitress, Robin was so friendly, fun and professional! She and Charli continued to check on us regularly, refilled our drinks on time and was just absolutely wonderful. The food was very good and very filling! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!! read more

I can't quite put my finger on it but this Chuy's location is not up to same standards as the other Chuy's I have been to. A shame as this one is so close to my house. Everything is average at best. Wait staff is slow to serve, food is not as good, everything is sub par. Not sure if it is because this a new location and staff is not trained or what. Will be waiting a few months before visiting again. read more

I've been here a few times. If I sit at the bar I get great service. If I get a table, we are ignored and hungry. It was not even busy.

Great food and environment! We were looking for meatless options due to lent and the food at Chuy's didn't disappoint. The special nachos were fantastic and the cheese quesadillas were really good. We went during happy hour and got free queso. All in all, it was really good. read more

Stopped by on a whim late one night after they first opened, I was told there was a 2 1/2 hour wait. No big deal, it was a new restaurant I understood but did decide to go somewhere else to eat. I have family coming in tomorrow night so I thought it would be perfect to make a reservation for tomorrow evening for dinner. I called and told the 1st man that answered the phone I want to make a reservation for tomorrow night at 9:30, he said "Great let me get your reservations desk." I waited on hold for about 5 minutes. A girl answered I told her I wanted to make the reservation for tomorrow night at 9:30, she said "We only take reservations the day of." I said "Well I wish the 1st guy would have let me know I've been waiting on hold." She asked how long I waited on hold and I told her and she said she'll "let the manager know that, but my understanding is we only take reservations the day of." The service at this restaurant is obviously terrible I can't even get in there. Who's ever heard of a reservation that can only be taken the day of? That's ridiculous. This was my last attempt to eat here. read more

Great food! Service good, maybe a little short handed. Wish they would go back to pre flu menu.

Great food, atmosphere is good, service is okay. Prices are great! This was our first time to this location, we definitely coming back. read more

Mariah is on FIRE!! Best waitress and Bartender ever and so was Bethany!! Great customer service!! WE WILL BE BACK!!

Awesome food, awesome drinks and good service. Brought our dog with us and sat on the patio, the servers all came out to pet her and brought a bowl of water. Good atmosphere, definitely would recommend read more

Been here twice now since they opened. The parking lot is always full but have never had to wait to get a table, a huge bonus in my book! The food is spot on and very good service. Glad they opened in my area! read more

Came in for oir wedding anniversary, hoping for a quick dinner at the newly opened Chuys. As expected, long wait and food line. I can't lie, after and hour and a half after waiting for a table and food, we grew a little frustrated especially our little 1 year old. We then asked for our food to be packaged as to-go so we could get our little guy home for bed. After another small wait, the manager Lou came out and provided our food complimentary. Was not expected at all for my wife and I and we immediately felt bad and said was not needed. He insisted and was very apologetic. Our faces grew immediately red hoping we didn't make anyone feel bad. I have to say this knocked our socks off and definitely changed our experience here, we will be back for sure. Bummed we couldnt eat in restaurant but will have multiple chances to do so in the future. read more

Sat at the bar, Bethany was our bartender. Super nice! Food was delicious and came out timely. My favorite thing about this place is the green sauce! Had to get some Togo. Can't wait to go back. read more

Excellent service! Seated immediately and the wait staff was pleasant and helpful. Our drinks and food were brought in great time and the food was DELISH!!! My friend did have something wrong with her order and the GM came out personally, apologized and rectified the situation. I will defiantly be back. Love good Mexican food and it's close to my house read more

Excellent service and food. The hostess was friendly and sat us where I could fit. I am in a power chair and appreciated how I was treated. The server was nice. Did a great job in taking care of us. I have gone to Chuy's at I-10 & Katy freeway and were treated bad, but this was the best by far. The food was a lot and the price was very good. I would definitely come back to this Chuy's. read more

Great food and customer service . They are very outgoing and well respected. They have homemade tortillas with fresh sauces. My wife is full but she still eating read more

Love that they put one of these closer to us! I've been going for years and am excited for one a few minutes away. I haven't had anything bad from the menu. My favorites are the fajitas and Mexi-Cobb salad. The great thing about Chuy's are the prices. Fajitas are $13-14 for one person where as other popular restaurants have them for closer to $50! They also have an amazing happy hour with free nachos! read more

Mediocre Mexican food. My food always seems to be soggy, but the chips and salsa are good and I enjoyed the margaritas.

Chain-y? Yeah. Over the top? I mean, sure. But waaaaaasy better than the Pappasito's chains. The creamy jalapeño dip is the truth.

FYI THE CHECK IN ONLINE DOES NO GOOD! I walked up said I checked in through the app/yelp and the girl up front was CLUELESS!

The food is ok, I really like their salsas. The service leaves a lot to be desire, it is slow and the 3 times we have visited it's been the same. The servers always take for ever to bring drinks or refills. The last time we were there my son's meal was awful, it took 10 min for our waitress to re-appear so we could let her know the dish was awful. I hope they improve their service, there are many restaurants serving Mexican food in our city to choose from, there is no reason to spend money at a facility with mediocre service. read more

I may have just come on a bad day because the food was great but the service was just really disappointing. Me and my partner were there for an hour before receiving our food, and we got our food before we even got our silverware. It was especially difficult to get anyone's attention because they were always looking away. By the time we got our food, we were kinda just done and packed up over half of our orders to go. read more

This place is great. Arrived and there were a ton of people waiting but we told the waitress that we Yelped check in. We waited 5 mts and sat. Met manager last time and he was kind. Food is always great here. Servers are knowledgeable and always friendly. 2 UP. read more

I'm a visitor from Washington, former Houstonian. I had a takeout chicken quesadilla. The guy at the door wasn't very helpful in giving direction where to pick up my food so I went to the bar. Someone help me right of way and told me not to worry about walking through the restaurant to the proper take-out location. The food was very good. It satisfied my Tex-Mex craving. read more

The green sauce for the chips is the best part. Everything else is ok. They need to think more creatively about their dish offerings. Seems too standard and stereotypical of TexMex. Everyone needs some signature dishes to see them apart. read more

Its consistent but not the best... staff is always friendly just hard to get there attention sometimes. Chips are cold but salsa was good.

I love that they opened a Chuy's in Vintage Park. Their food and drinks are all great. We've occasionally had some hit or miss service but usually it's solid. This is a favorite for a meal with the whole family AND a night out without the kids. read more

We just moved to Texas and Tried Chuy's. We were not disappointed. The jalapeño cream sauce is amazing. I had the Chicka Chica boom boom!! You have to try it! read more

I've heard a lot about it. It's decent food but the service at the new location on 249 is not quite there yet. No pics but it is making me hungry. Lol read more

Was a regular visitor to their Westheimer location (margaritas anyone) and was very excited when they opened up in NW Houston. Love their ranch based dipping sauce for chips. Their specialty dish "Chicka Chicka Boom Boom" would be my pick for first timers. Their veggie options like Chile Rellenos and Enchilladas are by far better than than many other tex mex places. Pro tip: Order take out and get a ginormous bag of chip for the entire family. read more

Could not have been better! I first want to commend this Chuy's for their top notch opening. We have been waiting for this location to open with eager anticipation. We frequented the woodlands location and love the food there. This place was better! There was a wait of course we went on a Sunday evening but we were seated 15 minutes faster than we were quoted, the hostess was very friendly and attentive. Dennis our server was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and our food came out at lightning speed. I usually have a mindset of forgiveness when a new place opens expecting something to go wrong and being ok with it. Nothing went wrong. Even my chickachicka-boom boom (I always order that) was better than I've ever had it. My only hope is that whoever is running this location to keep it keep up. Even my four year old daughter commented on the way out that this was a good place and she wants to come back.... she never likes places. read more

Excellent service every time I'm there. The jalapeno ranch dip is the best! The chicka chicks boom boom enchiladas are made by the hands of angels. Seriously Try them out. read more

Went very soon after their opening, so it was very busy, and the service was predictably chaotic and flustered. FYI... they do not serve full menu in the bar. I was told the bar area was open seating, which I jumped on given the hour wait and the Astros playing on the only TVs (in the bar area of course). I wasn't told until after I forfeited my spot in line that they didn't serve the full menu in the bar area. That was a little frustrating. Other than that, the food was good and didn't take long. The queso/salsa bar is a nice perk. The patio is nice and dog friendly, I was told. Bring in some draft beer and serve the full menu in the bar, and we might become regulars! read more

Jalapeño ranch salsa with your chips is delicious! Margaritas are excellent and food is average. Staff and service were friendly. I just recently had a rather unique service, but no big deal for me. Even the mini burrito are still a good size. read more

Excellent food! Outstanding waiter! Came in for the first time, an hour before closing. Our waiter Mathew was an outstanding waiter. Mathew was very polite with high positive energy. Mathew was excited about telling us about the menu and gave us excellent recommendations. Mathew brought our food to the table in a timely manner. He insured we were pleased with our food and service. Will definitely be back and hope to get Mathew as our waiter again! read more

the cheese enchiladas are disgusting. the cheese isn't even fully melted. service is extremely slow even when there is only a few tables being used with a full staff. sorry chuy's. xoxo, enchilada girl read more

Usually this location does a really good job and the food is always great. I also really enjoy the drinks here. However- due to COVID 19, they only offered to go. I went today and ordered a steak burrito and flautas. When I bit into my flauta I felt something hard on my teeth. Turns out there was a rock inside one of the flautas... I understand that there may not be as much staff available due to everything going on, but just letting you know to be a little more careful. This really bummed me out because I love this location! read more

I've been going here since they opened this location. I'm so disappointed in their response to COVID 19. They don't use masks or gloves. They are not honoring the curbside social distancing. Very disappointed. Will have to rethink my TexMex choice. read more

My husband and I decided to try Chuy's for dinner tonight. Staff was nice and didn't have to wait long for seated. This restaurant is way too loud. You have to yell in order for the waitress to hear you. We couldn't even have a nice conversation. All you hear is customers talking loud in order to hear each other. As for the food. We both ordered the Elvis. All you taste is the heavy dark sauce that taste kind of like a bad thick bbq sauce with lime. It was all over the beef and cheese enchiladas and under the rice. We couldn't taste the sauce on the chicken enchilada in the middle because the sauce ran onto both sides of it. We will not be going back. Only got two stars because staff was very nice and restaurant was clean. read more

Super yummy quick Mexican food! We used grub hub. Delivered to our hotel and everything was really good. Would definitely go again!
