Fajita steak salad
Anna D.

We went to Chuy's to celebrate our son's birthday. It was on a Sunday around 7 pm and the place was empty except for another table. The restaurant looked like it had many rooms though so there could have been a few tables per room. Our waiter was prompt and got us taken care of right away. The menu did not have as many choices as other Mexican places. It had enchiladas, fajitas, tacos and burritos and chimichangas. I think they are known for their sauces. They had a lot of sauces from mild to spicy. The menu only had a front and back side and did not have what I was craving: Carne Asada. Most Mexican places have a menu with pages that flip. I was on a strict diet and it was hard to find something healthy. I got the fajita steak salad. I asked for dressing on the side and no cheese. My son and husband both got the Chuychanga which is their fried burrito. We also got an order of cheese dip. My salad came out with cheese in it...boo...but I picked it off. It did not look appealing but I was pleasantly surprised! Let me tell you that it was delicious!!! The dressing was so delicious as well, but the salad didn't need dressing. The steak was flavorful and I almost ate the whole thing. I also added the Fresca salsa as suggested by our waiter. I'm actually craving it right now! It's something I would order whether I'm on or off my diet. My husband and son loved their chimichangas or as it was called "Chuychangas". It wasn't as good as the one we had in Tucson but it was really good! Cheese dip was just ok, nothing to brag about. Our waiter was so good, quick and helpful. Service, Food and Drinks were great and although it was a simple menu! We will be back!

Chuy's has always been my wife and I's favorite places for a while. Their chicken fajitas for two have always been so delicious and flavorful everytime we've had it. The service was great and the ambiance. Is always so great. They have some of the most beautiful art I've seen in a restaurant. And their tres leche is a problem ! So good ! 9/10

Really cool place! We sat in the area that was car themed and really enjoyed it & weren't expecting it at all when we walked in! The complimentary chips and salsa were the best I've ever had! Chips were so thin and crispy and the salsa was almost like pico! I forget what I got was even called but it was chicken and cheese rolled up & I got queso for dipping and it was amazing! Would definitely come back again

Tortilla soup!!

Not happy at all about my favorite Mexican restaurant. New management again and they're changing things that aren't broken like my tortilla soup that used to have a clear broth that is now what seems to be a beef broth and so extremely salty I cannot eat it. New napkins that feel like sandpaper ((literally)) if you rub them they sound like a brown paper bag.. Stop trying to fix things that aren't broken please.. I'm not sure when or if I'll be back but this was our go to spot every Sunday after church but I don't think any more!!

Chips and Salsa with creamy Jalapeño

¡Qué Rico Almuerzo En Chuy's! (What a Delicious Lunch at Chuy's!) Today's lunch turned into a full-blown Tex-Mex fiesta at Chuy's Mexican Restaurant, and let me tell you--this wasn't just any midday meal. This was bold flavor, bright colors, and enough creamy jalapeño dip to make you rethink your life priorities (in the best way). We kicked things off like true Chuy's veterans--with those signature thin, salty chips and fresh salsa. But we didn't stop there. We asked for the legendary creamy jalapeño dip, or as I now officially call it: "¡Es delicioso!" It's creamy, tangy, a little spicy, and completely addictive. Honestly, if they sold it by the gallon, I'd find room in the fridge. No hesitation. I ordered the Pancho's Nachos--minus the jalapeños (because I like to control my spice levels). Each chip came fully loaded--no sad, dry chips here. They were stacked with beans, cheese, seasoned meat, and a whole lot of happiness. My wife went with the soft tacos, a simple but always satisfying choice. Fresh tortillas, flavorful filling, and a nod of approval mid-bite that said it all. Between bites and chip breaks, we soaked in the atmosphere. Chuy's isn't just a place to eat--it's a vibe. Bright decor, Elvis shrines, funky artwork, and a staff that makes you feel like family. It's colorful, it's casual, and it's got flavor in every corner. Final Takeaway Spice level: adjustable and awesome Cheese factor: high and glorious Vibe: festive, funky, and full of life Overall verdict: ¡Es delicioso! If you're road-tripping through Polaris area in Columbus and see a Chuy's nearby--make the stop. Whether you're in it for the nachos, the tacos, or just drowning in creamy jalapeño dip, you'll leave full and happy. Until the meal, take the trip, take a bite!! Brian

Been awhile since we've eaten here. We stopped coming sometime after Covid because they didn't have a lot of the old menu items. One of our favorites was the Elvis Presley Memorial Platter. Well we stopped in for dinner and The Elvis was Back!! Just like we remembered. Everything came out hot and just like we remembered. We were happy with our meals. Waitress a little slow but she was also bartending but not so bad that we were too upset with it.

While I was in Korea, I came across a story that stopped me in my tracks--one of those moments when…read morethe weight of someone else's experience hits close to home. Ricardo, a waiter at Cazuela's Mexican Cantina in Reynoldsburg, had finished serving a table, expecting the usual--a tip, a simple acknowledgment of his hard work. Instead, he received a hateful message scrawled on the receipt, the kind that cuts deeper than words should. Ricardo works at Cazuela's only on Sundays, a second job to help make ends meet. So today, in between my OCIA responsibilities, I decided to stop by--to meet him, to shake his hand, and to remind him that there are far more good people in this world than the ones who spew hate. As we talked, I saw a man who carries himself with quiet dignity, someone who simply wants to work hard and provide for his family. I shared with him that I, too, know what it feels like to be told to "go back to your country," even though, like him, I am an American. I told him about my childhood, standing in front of my family's Crestview Market, hearing the ugly chants from passing cars--some driven by kids I went to school with. But today wasn't just about reliving painful memories; it was about something greater--the power of community, of kindness that drowns out cruelty. When I arrived at Cazuela's, I wasn't alone. Others had also come to show their support, to stand with Ricardo. He told me the outpouring of kindness had been overwhelming, and I was relieved to hear it. Before I left, I handed him my WARM card and told him if he ever needed help, he could call me. Because no one should feel alone in moments like these. And, by the way, if you ever stop by Cazuela's, their enchiladas and Mexican rice are fantastic. The chips and salsa? Fresh and addictive. And my server, Isabel--attentive, kind, and everything a great waitress should be. Some people choose to spread hate. But today, I saw so many more people choosing love. And thats what matters.

Very nice bartenders. Was chill on a Saturday. Chips are soooooo fresh and good. Reasonably priced…read morefood.

Pretty thankful they did. We ordered the queso, 3 happy hour pork tacos, and street corn. The food came out very fast and very tasty. I had 2 drafts. Do wish they had a bit of a wider selection. The wife had margaritas. She says they were good. I don't really like them. The only down thing that happened was st the end. We were sitting there as my wife was finishing up the last of her margarita and we each had water. I didn't even notice when it happened, but the bartender decided we were done with our waters and took them. I was really surprised it was gone when I reached for it. The bartender decided was a bit sticky but looked cool and the bathroom was clean. Pretty nice place.

Wow, I am so glad I did. This was the best Mexican food I've had since moving from Arizona last year, and the service from Andrew was incredible. My teenage son and I loved the chips and salsas, and it was very evident that everything was made fresh in house. I had a refreshing margarita. My son ordered the quesadilla and loved it. I asked Andrew for a taco recommendation, and he said to get the pork al pastor. He did not steer me wrong. Those tacos were delicious, full of flavor and texture. I wish I could give Nada more than five stars. Everything about our meal there was awesome. I was happy to recommend it to other friends during the rest of my conference.
