Rainy day, chutzpah day! Was craving them for sometime and we finally came. All of us ordered their kufta platters - delicious and filling. Service was good, ambiance was good - no complaints. Bought babganoush for the table - wouldn't do that next time, not necessary.

The flash fried eggplant...that's what I came for and I'll definitely return for it. Let me enumerate on that. I ordered the sabich platter. It consists of flash fried eggplant, hardboiled egg, served w/ Israeli salad, hummus, tahina, harissa, sliced pickle, shipka peppers & amba. You get one pita, which is large and was enough for me. That eggplant was divine. Thin, crisp and warm. Even though it had skin on it, it wasn't bitter. It was drizzled with tahina, harissa and the piece de resistance: amba which is fermented mango. Don't let the mango part fool you. It's not sweet at all and I wouldn't have guessed it was mango but as I ate it I was hooked. The eggplant was so good I had to find out how to just order that. (They sell it and hummus as sides.) The hummus, I'm told is made daily. And if it's not sold it's tossed. The hummus was silky and drizzled with za'atar + olive oil. It was delicious. The pita was thick, warm and fluffy. The Israeli salad and red cabbage wasn't my thing. The flavor profile wasn't tasty so I'd skip that next time. You order at the counter and they either pack it for to-go or bring the food to your table. The place is so clean even my OCD family would eat here. I mean really spotless. The server was well-versed and knowledgable about the menu and was very courteous. The pickles were outstanding. I'll be back. Just wish you could customize a platter here.

Nice casual eating environment (artwork, music, lighting) friendly staff who serve and clear the table, resuable clean utensils, and seeing as the pita are fresh made, it was enjoyable. $36 for two pita sandwiches. Mind you, they're stuffed (but not huge) the meat (i had the kofti, she had the schwarma) was seasoned brilliantly, the vegetables/condiments balanced in texture/ flavor, and even having eaten at 12:30, I only had a light dinner. Still, too much for two sandwiches. 3.5 stars rounded up.

New middle eastern street food place in downtown Westfield. They have another location in Maplewood, NJ so I guess they are now expanding! Location: it's right across Yestercades and Boxwood Coffee Roasters Ambiance: very spacious chill vibe - plenty of seating. They play a mix of chill music in the background. You have direct view to the kitchen. Service: very quick and kind! We got our food in under 12 minutes of ordering ( granted it wasn't that busy when we were there on a Saturday afternoon). Food: delicious and loved the presentation. Photos attached of what we ordered. The flash fried eggplant was very unique - haven't tasted anything like it before. And the Zahtar flatbread was so yummy! My SO got the falafel platter which was also delicious. Bonus: they have MINI bottles of soda, seltzer, juices - I love this because if you're trying to be healthier and cut your soda intake it helps keep you in line :) Def worth checking this place out if you're in Westfield. !

great fresh food! place was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon, so come a little early if you want to sit inside. my friends and I sat outside and staff brought food to us, rearranged the tables for us to fit our food, and even checked up on us after. I got the chicken shawarma sandwich and a mushroom hummus to share with the table. The sandwich was stuffed to the brim! It was a really enjoyable sandwich with a balance of flavors. The mushroom hummus was probably the star of the show, everyone loved it. Mushrooms were so delicious and umami, and paired well with the creamy hummus. The pita was soft on the inside, so yummy. I also tried my friend's falafel and it was better than other ones I've had.

Gorgeous fast casual mediterranean food in Westfield. LOVE The pita bread, fresh and fluffy like a pillow and the hummus is super delicious, especially with the generous zaatar sprinkle on top. Falafel is p good texture, not the best ive ever had but still quite nice (nothing will ever compare to hummus grill for me). It's on the less chunky, finer side. And always love fresh tabbouleh side salad. Great spot for lunch

Humus was on point. Food was delicious although a bit pricey but made fresh. The pita was also so delicious! I would come here again just for the pita and humus! Yum! Yum!

Strolled by and decided to stop in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The dining area was open, spacious and clean. There were tables both inside and outside. I was happy to see vegetarian options on the menu since I'm pescatarian and don't eat much meat. I ordered the falafel sandwich. It was amazing and flavored. There's a pitcher of water with lemon on the counter free of charge for customers. I thought was was awesome since it's been extremely outside. I highly recommend coming here if you're in the mood for Mediterranean food.

Its a casual Mediterranean restaurant but the shawarma and falafel were INCREDIBLE! I will be going back for the food. The pity was so fresh and fluffy! The hummus bowl was so nicely plately and incredibly flavorful

Excellent food- really yummy and authentic. The ingredients were very fresh and the combination of the creamy humus, grilled chicken and spicy relish on the side was truly delicious. A true gem in the heart of Westfield

We ordered cauliflower wings and one empanada as apps and a kid's chkn tenders along with a bakon burger (sub chkn) for our mains. It took 28 minutes before we saw any food. The cauliflower wings were large and def made with fresh cauliflower (with that familiar raw crunch). The batter was raw inside- my guess is the oil temp was high so the outside cooked fast but left a lot of mush inside. The empanada was okay, very light on the filling. Another 19 minutes go by before the kid's chikn tenders come out. Apparently the cook is new and messed up on the bakon burger forgetting to sub the chkn so had to wait yet another 7 minutes for that. Chkn tenders were pretty much the gardein seven grain product and the kiddo seemed to be pleased. The bakon burger, when it finally arrived was a huge disappointment. The bottom bun was dry and hard. It would clank when I tapped it against the plate. There were a few drops of mayo in the middle leaving the entire sandwich dry with a cold slice of cheese- no attempts at melting. I did provide this feedback to our server, who was polite and even went to the back potentially to see if an accommodation could be made. However, none were made and we walked away knowing this was a one and done restaurant.

We have been coming here for a while and always get the honey butter rice balls without fail. The crunch on the outside and chewy texture on the inside is perfect and we love the sweet taste. I would pass on the bibimbap next time, it was kind of bland and the crispy rice was burnt instead of golden. The japchae was the star of the meal. So much flavor, perfect cook of the noodles, and thin beef. If I wasn't sharing dishes, I would get this all for myself. Lastly, we got the regular size of soy garlic chicken, which was 12 pieces because they were out of the big drumsticks. The crunch was great with perfectly cooked chicken on the inside. I don't like that they charge extra for sauce but honestly this meal was such a bargain. A meal for 4 under $100 at a nice restaurant is rare. We booked a karaoke room for an hour for 6 people on a Thursday evening, and while the singing was fun, the service was below subpar. When we arrived, we did not have a full menu available to us in the room, so it took a few mins to get our order in. Our server kept close tabs of every minute in karaoke, but not the food. It took over 60 minutes to get our wings! Apparently there was some sort of mix up in the kitchen & while we were understanding, what threw us for a loop was that even though our wings were DELAYED, our server was hesitant to offer complimentary time in our karaoke room while we waited. Right at the 60-minute mark, he was quick to offer two options - our wings to go or a table in the dining room. In the end, we had to negotiate an extra hour in the karaoke room since our food took SO long to come out. When paying the check, we were surprised to see a charge for food we never ever received! I'm super disappointed that they tried to take advantage of us, when we were very understanding of their mix up. In my opinion, servers could use a lesson or two in customer service. Never in my time in hospitality, have I ever behaved in the way they did.
