I have had many churros in my life, in Mexico City and in Spain where I lived many years. I am not lying when I say ... THESE ARE THE BEST CHURROS. Period! I tell anyone I know how much I love them. Ezra, Hugo and team are always professional . So kind and all about community. I often see them participating at different events around the 805 and beyond. Their work ethic is unmatched! Always quick and friendly service. Lines can be intimidating but they move fast. I also love all the different carts they have . I believe they also do paletas and those can have toppings too. My favorite churro toppings are .. .ice cream, fresh strawberries, banana, lechera, pistachios and strawberry syrup. I have also tasted their cafe de olla and it is tasty. Ezra and her staff are wonderful! Our caterer canceled the day before our event, and Ezra said she was able to accommodate us. I had a special request, and Ezra was very sweet and very accommodating. I asked for monk fruit sugar instead of the sugar she used. I know we can achieve the same taste but healthier! I personally bake my own berry pie deserts using monk fruit sugar, and no one can tell the difference; they're simply healthier. People with cancer and diabetes can eat it, but it's not going to feed the cancer or spike your insulin levels.  Well, they were a hit! Everyone loved them! I ordered the UNDISPUTED CHAMPION package, which was well worth it! I also requested a vegan, vanilla bean ice cream option for our lactose-intolerant and vegan employees.
