Ezra and her staff are wonderful! Our caterer canceled the day before our event, and Ezra said she was able to accommodate us. I had a special request, and Ezra was very sweet and very accommodating. I asked for monk fruit sugar instead of the sugar she used. I know we can achieve the same taste but healthier! I personally bake my own berry pie deserts using monk fruit sugar, and no one can tell the difference; they're simply healthier. People with cancer and diabetes can eat it, but it's not going to feed the cancer or spike your insulin levels.  Well, they were a hit! Everyone loved them! I ordered the UNDISPUTED CHAMPION package, which was well worth it! I also requested a vegan, vanilla bean ice cream option for our lactose-intolerant and vegan employees.
