Today is Valentine's Day and they stuffed up majorly. I ordered lunch for my boyfriend scheduled to arrive at noon. Order was confirmed via email that the store has received the order. Five minutes to noon my boyfriend gets a call from a Cedric apologising and informing him that the store closed due to smoker problems. My boyfriend was very gracious on the phone to him. I, on the other hand being the sender, am furious. Nothing was communicated to me. This is not the first time they have done this right. So as a courtesy to me, they should have apologised to say the least TO ME! But no. They blocked me on their Facebook page and messenger, and they have deleted my account. Just a heads up... if they don't like you or if you accuse them of anything wrong you'll get treated the same way. I was accused of being rude. Rude? Really?
