Also, the produce is organic which means it's not as pretty, and often smaller, but it's the real thing and the taste is amazing. COMPETITION: There are several farms in the nearby areas, but they use pesticides ... Underwood Farms is close by, and they claim they do not use pesticides ... their prices are similar, but you can pick it up and choose items. They're truly local. Next I'm buying organic produce from Abundant Harvest - a California co-op that supports California farmers. The BBQ itself wasn't bad, but it was definitely precut and kept in warmers (this would give a pit master down in TX a myocardial infarction as this is a huge "no no"); the sides were actually really good though. The total was about $30 for lunch, which to me was a bit high based on the quality of the BBQ. Overall... Not bad, not great, but not certainly TX BBQ.
