The drive through speaker is bad. You can't even understand what they are saying. The girl taking my order came of with an attitude right away like she mad at the world, she was so rude, I don't know if she had a rough day or she's just an straight up asshole. That kind of customer service is just terrible. It's just sad to have rude worker that chase customers away. read more

Went to Churches chicken today for lunch. And it was great! The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean inside. And I had a spicy chicken sandwich that was just fantastic! My husband had a chicken meal which he said he enjoyed, and there was so much food we couldn't eat it all. I would highly recommend their chicken sandwich! read more

I understand that things are different right now but the server was incredibly rude and unhelpful. "What do you want" nd " can you read the menu" are never a good idea to say to a customer. Especially when the server forgot part of your order. read more

It's understandable that they would close early tonight, The roads may get bad through out the night. I went there to get dinner because on the website they updated their times to 10pm well I get there and ALL THE LIGHTS WHERE ON, The drive through seemed to be opened due to the lights being on.. I pulled around and went to the window and no one was in eye sight. There was food out and the restaurant literally looked open. I pulled around again and there was car in front of me, they had said they where open, so I'm waiting and waiting and the car in front seemed to had got what they needed and went on there way.. Mind you this was at 7:20 pm February 23. I went to the window and two coworkers seemed to be cleaning up all of sudden, I asked them through the window if they open and the lady laughed and walked away..She then turned off the lights and went to the back.. completely stoped cleaning the restaurant and then stayed in the back.. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! If you're closed turn OFF THE LIGHTS so you don't give off FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! CHECK YOUR EMPLOYEES! read more

The food is good When you pull up in the drive-through they're nice and you get good service but when you pull up to the drive-through to talk to order it's horrible you can't understand them they can't understand you there's a big delayed reaction in your answers and it's like they can't ever get your order right until you pull up and then once you pull up you have to tell them a couple more times your order and this is every single time that we come here we like to eat here and they're not rude once you pull up to the drive-through but sit through the talk microphone they sound like they're very rude or frustrated with you and were frustrated because we can't understand you or you can't understand us read more

Look. Their chicken is delicious. I'm not going inside to eat it. I'm getting it to go so I can eat that delicious crispy greasy spicy chicken in the privacy of my home. Make sure to ask for their spicy sprinkle to add to the spicy chicken. Also good sprinkled on the fried okra! read more

This is the worst Church's Chicken we have ever seen. Chicken was really greasy, we placed it on napkins to drain some of the grease and it was soaking through to the table and turning into a puddle of grease. Also the grease was old or burnt. it tasted really bad. the biscuits we greasy and not cooked all the way. we will never go to this Church's again. Oh and the Air conditioner was not working. They were not wearing hair nets or gloves. it was a very miserable experience. I do not recommend this place at all read more

I know it's fast food but that's no excuse for bad service and a messy and dirty restaurant. I've always liked churches chicken and most of them are well ran. However this one in Sherman is lacking in management. I have been to this one at least three times and it's always the same chaos and every one running around and not accomplishing anything. Orders being sent out wrong also being taken wrong. No one expediting the orders or taking charge of quality control. For a simple order it took 40 minuets to complete and that was after I repeated the same order 5 times. This churches is a busy location and I believe that the only way to improve this location is better management and someone that knows how to train the staff and expedite the pass. I'm sorry to say this but in my humble opinion most people are just at work for a paycheck and it reflects at this churches chicken. I watched one of the workers struggling with orders and getting organized and they just left her in the weeds no one helped her. I hope churches corporate reads this maybe they need undercover boss. read more

Every single time my food is stale. Old chicken, old biscuits. Always one item is bad. It's extremely rare that you get fresh food.

Service is the worst I've ever been to at a fast food place. I'm dear serious. Only three people were working, and it took them forever to take my order. I would not recommend read more

Worst churches I've ever been to. Have been there multiple times and sadly this will be the last. I'm always disappointed in at least one of my items. Got my food about 40 minutes till closing and when got home my okra was extra slimy just old. So I try to start calling at about 30 minutes till closing and they will absolutely not pick up a phone. Just crazy. Now it's 10 at night and and closed and I'm hungry. Don't go here. You will be disappointed. Also if you want something fast , this is the worst place to get that . terrible service . at least a 15 minute wait. read more
