I've been to this location before and the service is always impeccable! We ordered quite a bit of food and the food was made fresh and was so delicious. We ordered the chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, mac&cheese, fries, biscuits, with a drink and it was piping hot and fresh! I went during lunch and the drive-thru was very quick. Arian and her team were very courteous and professional! No pics to post because we were so hungry and ate so fast! First time lady at window acts like she hates her job and doesnt say a single word to you when she opens the window and hands you the food. Second time, online order said ready at 7:10 pm, got there at 7:20, lady at window says "come back 17 mins". Waited in parking long with what looks like 4 other cars. If you want fast food, then this isnt the place to go. Picked up food from window, lady didnt say a single thing to me again. No sorry, no thanks to waiting. Only getting a 2 because the normal employees are so much better than tonight's! I got to screen to order, out of Mac n cheese, coleslaw, and fries. It's 815 on Sunday so we agree. Order $20 deal... 12 pieces of meat, 3 large sides and 6 biscuits! I start to leave we are missing biscuits and there is hardly any gravy. You know people work hard for their money period point blank!! An after a hard days of work you want to get the best for your buck!!! And today this place has really dropped the ball! Being served food that's not fully prepared is one thing but I have 3 young children I'm serving as well! The place wasn't busy I pulled right up to the speaker, my order was a mobile order and I was 5mins late to pick up so it's not like I was rushing! As I approach the window the cashier tells me, "ohh I'm sorry we was out of apple pies so we threw more biscuits in for you(basically didn't give me an options) " first off I didn't order biscuits so why would you think I want extra biscuits??? All around bad customer service! But to get home and make my children plates to see unprepared/ partially prepared food was devastating and heart breaking and their putting the mashed potatoes in 20oz fountain drink CUPS!!!! National Chicken Sandwich Day. I thought I would give Church's a try. I ordered the Spicy Bacon and Smokey Honey Bacon sandwiches. I usually do not criticize the flavor of food. I could not tell the difference between either one. The toasted buns were burnt. There was no sauce of any type on either one. The were exceedingly dry and flavorless and were the same. What a joke, ordered the family meal and they jacked the price an additional 6.00. We tried to explain in English that we did not want the legs and thigh special, the girl working the window could not understand and after we got to the window and corrected her that the bill should have been 25.99 plus tax and they wanted over 36 we said no. She copped a severe attitude and was calling us some inappropriate things in Spanish. Unfortunately for her I know exactly what she said. Don't walk run as fast as you can away from the Olathe location. There are other options for chicken along 135/Santa Fe. read more

This location is so inconsistent. I have had wonderful family size chicken strips meals, and I have had 8 piece chicken meals that were inedible. The staff is never very helpful, some don't understand much english. I don't foresee going back to this location again. Sad too, because I don't live very far away. read more

The chicken was old and dry and tested like it was cooked in over used oil. On the plus side they did offer up a better meal deal than our original request. But, the better deal is small consolation if the food is lousy. Guess we will have to go back the the KFC. read more

Absolutely terrible service and food! I'm used to this location having me order, pay, and park around the corner. I'd rather wait for fresh food, so this location is definitely not "fast food." Had 1 car waiting for food before us. Seems like 1 of the coworkers was more interested in talking to that customer than making our food as he didn't go back into the store for 10 minutes. Not the Church's Chicken I'm use to. Service was poor, food quality poor and accuracy of order poor. This is either drive thru or stand outside at window service. I walked up to the window. I asked for the 14pc dinner with three sides that I had just looked up on the Church's web site. Didn't have that dinner. I chose the 12 piece chicken strip with two large sides. Couldn't mix and match so had to order two of the 3pc legs and thigh's to get regular chicken which only provide two biscuits. I also ordered a large side of corn Nuckets. I also ordered two of the popcorn shrimp. After waiting about 5 to 10 minutes I was told that it would be another 8 minutes for biscuits to get done. I could see my FRESH chicken Boxed sitting on the table at the edge of the warmer. After about another 10 minutes I saw the biscuits being placed on the warmer tray. The person messed with another order for a couple minutes the went and gathered my order up, put biscuits in a bag and then brought it to the window. I had a 9 minute drive to the house. We opened everything up and found that the Corn Nuggets were Missing. For 12 tenders there was 4 small packs of honey mustard, the shrimp looked like long john's silvers crunchies. All the food was barely warm and soggy , Not the light a crispy chicken we are use to getting at our Independence Church's location. Not only did I get ripped off of the $4 for the Nuggets, the food was soggy and tough. The strips were over salted and the Mac and Cheese was dry and rubbery. Considering the more than 20 minute wait, the cold and soggy food, the incorrect filling of the order and the 4 small packages of mustard for 12 chicken strips this has to be the worst Service and Food at any Church's I have had. FIRST TIME AT THIS LOCATION AND LAST. THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT WHEN YOU PAY $35 plus for dinner you shouldn't have an incorrect order, a more than 20 minute wait and cold food. I might add that there were only 3 customers total while I was there so it wasn't that they were terribly busy. read more

Over the course of a year since it re-opened from the accident, most if not all the original workers no longer work there. For the past few months at least since March, the chicken has been dry and overcooked. Tasted bland, and nasty since they hired new employee's. I don't know who they have managing that location now but, they really need to check with the ones who are responsible for the garbage they sell in that Church's Chicken.
