I gave the cashier $20.00, she gave me change for a $10.00, so ripped off! I found out too late, but on the receipt it shows what happened. What made it worse is the food was not good, like it was cooked two hours or more prior service. Oh well, live and learn. Friendly and quick service. We ordered 35 boxes and only had to wait about 10 minutes once we got there.

Worst Churches i have been to . Pulled to drive through. They said pull up to order . Two other cars were ahead of me . When I finally got to order they said they had no biscuits. Then no tenders. Once I settled on regular chicken and paid I was told to pull around and they would bring it to me . It took over an hour to get my food . I had to go inside to ask about my food 3 times. The inside of the store was disgusting. The kitchen was completely disgusting. I received my food finally and it was in edible. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!! read more

They don't have any chicken so don't even stop by. What kind of business are the running??! Alex got home and the chicken looks like it has been sitting in grease for a week. People working there are super ghetto and so unprofessional. They need to hire people that are happy to have a job for 1, and secondly are nice and helpful. What happened to customer service???? We were driving through and stopped here for a to go order. It was fantastic! The lady taking our order was very friendly and nice. Our receipt said "Jerline" so I am hoping that was her so we can give a shout out for the great service! We hadn't been to Church's in a while but will definitely be back soon. We ordered chicken strips in the drive through window and were told it would be a five minute wait and to pull around and wait in the parking lot. Eventually a woman came out of the building with a bag of food and waved us over. We drove over to where she was, unrolled the window and she started telling us how we were "stupid" and asking us why we were "going to do her like that" and why we were "making her walk outside in the heat". When she walked away she laughed and threw up her fingers in a peace sign. Food was okay, even though they left out the ketchup, only gave us one straw and gave us no utensils for the mashed potatoes. Absolutely terrible service and we will not be going back to a restaurant where the employees treat the customers like that. Should have visited the Whataburger that's next door. read more

Usually this Church's is pretty efficient and friendly but today the lady working the drive through window asked us to order at the window instead of the speaker. No problem. So we pull up and get a stare. No "hello" or "good afternoon". My fiancé tells the lady my part of the order and then she walks away. She didn't ask if that was it or how much it was going to be. So we wait with the window closed for her to return. When she comes back she rings us up and tells us the total. My fiancé then tells the lady that he still needed to order. So she takes his order and we wait again. She comes back to the window and rings us up for the final time. There was no "sorry about that sir". Upon looking at our receipt we see "Cajun Rice 2.79" and we didn't order that either. Really disappointed at the end of this whole situation. read more
