    Beet Salad
    Lizzy S.

Great beer selection and a solid food menu at Churchkey Pub! [[HIGHLIGHT]]A quaint British style pub tucked away in downtown Edmonds.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff was fantastic -- helpful, knew their beer, and were so friendly! I got the beet salad as a main which was delicious. TIP: the pretzels are small, may want to do one per person. Also ask for mustard as they have an amazing assortment! We'll be back

    Beet salad and Bavarian Pretzel

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Great little neighborhood pub.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Wanted to watch Mariners game and they have a lot of TVs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The bartender was very friendly and graciously turned one of the TVs to the game. My friend and I split the beet salad and the pretzel with beer cheese. The bartender also gave us a selection of mustard too. The beet salad was good but the beets were a little hard. I liked the roasted cashews but overall it was an average salad. The pretzel was delicious and warm and fluffy. So good with beer cheese and the different mustard. I only wish it was a little bigger. Drinks were average nothing special but I also didn't order a special cocktail. I would go back to watch sports and for that pretzel.

    Smoked Bratwurst Flatbread

This place has a charming Irish pub vibe. It's quaint and small, with great food and service. I came in hungry and left full. We started with the artichoke dip. It was a little different than your average artichoke dish. I couldn't pinpoint what was so different maybe the onions but still a good start of the meal. A couple of us ordered the bangers and mash, while my friend got the Smoked Bratwurst Flatbread. The flatbread was a decent size, and I even had leftovers from the bangers and mash because you get two sausages--plenty of food for one. I was delighted! We also had the brownie with ice cream, which just melted in your mouth--a perfect treat after a hearty meal. The drinks were your standard beers and ciders, no complaints there.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Service was awesome, atmosphere was incredible.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The bar was packed but that made for a very friendly, cozy spot to watch the game.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Cannot recommend the corned beef sliders enough - truly one of the best I've ever had (I'm a slider connoisseur so this is high praise ) We also tried the shepherds pie and chicken pot pie. Shepherds pie was fantastic! My only complaint is that our pot pie tasted a little off, heavily salted so we couldn't finish it. I may have had a bad batch as it is normally highly recommended. Overall, that didn't take away from our experience. Everything else was incredible. We will definitely be back!

    Rachel & tomato soup

One of my favorite hidden gems in Edmonds. Just off the main path, it has incredible food and service. Their sandwiches are the best in Edmonds (bring back the Cuban!), the Rachel is incredible. They also have the best tomato soup. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Its also a nice spot to watch sports.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]In the summer the patio is nice and allows dogs :)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Best pub in town - the best beers, the best vibe and most importantly the best people running the place.

Yes GPS may think you are lost, but that is because this is situated in the middle of a neighborhood. I guess it's been here a really long time. Some of the older patrons talk about how great it used to be before there were houses built in front blocking the waterfront view. You can still get glimpses of the waterfront and the back deck makes a great place to spend a warm summer evening. The building itself has a lot of character. Although it's divey I assume most of the patrons are locals who could choose to go anywhere but come here because it's close. If you happen to be visiting in the non sunny summer months there is still lots of space and seating inside. This turned out to be the perfect place for a friend to hold a birthday party. Not too loud, not too crowded, lots of space for everyone to stand around and talk. The majority of the parking is street parking but because there is nothing else around this was super easy as well. Best of all prices are great. I can't recall such a cheap night out in recent years. They even offer food, I only tried the chips and salsa myself, but everyone seemed to be happy with what they ordered.

Naked Wings, tender with a crisp skin. We got the sauce on the side. Our friends ordered a burger and the Flat Iron Steak and both enjoyed their meal. The salad base and dressing were genuinely good, which made the steak more frustrating. The chicken pot pie soup special sounded exciting. It was just a thin runny cream soup, barely-there chicken, no puff pastry in sight. More disappointment per dollar. My boyfriend ordered the steak taco. Steak was just as flavorless and under-seasoned. The tortillas unpleasantly thick. Do not recommend and will not return unfortunately.

Yes, we were a fairly large group, but there was never an issue in the past, so imagine our surprise when the manager or shift lead greeted us in a condescending manner because we hadn't called ahead. Again, more than a year of eating here and it was never an issue. If we could not be accommodated, or had to wait this could have been communicated to us as proper adults, not in the way this was handled. Several members of our party walked out and I think the rest of us have decided that as good as the food is, it's not good enough for us to come back after this experience.
