We've had Campos Roofing come out over the last several years to help seal and repair our leaking…read moreroof, and every time Mr. Campos has personally come out to assist us. It's rare to find someone with his level of integrity and over 40 years of experience. Having him on the job has brought us real peace of mind. Most recently, after heavy winter rain caused another leak, Mr. Campos and his team have come out multiple times to assess the damage, take measurements, and carefully go over our options. What really stood out to us was how much time and thought he put into helping us find the most cost-effective solution. He made sure we understood the process every step of the way and kept in touch with us by phone. He also went above and beyond by fixing a long-time vinyl siding issue at the front of our home--something we had struggled with for years. It meant so much that he noticed it and took the time to repair it for us. Something so little to them made a huge difference to us. My mother and I are truly grateful for everything Mr. Campos and his hardworking team have done over the years. Their work ethic and care are unmatched, and they always treat us and our home with kindness and respect. We truly appreciate having someone we can trust. Thank you, Campos Roofing, from the bottom of our hearts.

I had a leak they they tried to fix 4 times. Unfortunately, they were never able to fix the problem. The rains that we just had confirmed that leak was still there proving the 4th attempt was unsuccessful. Now I still have a leak in my roof and I am out $4000.00. I added some pictures of the work they did. After the first repair failed they sent the guys back who randomly put patches and roof mastic on where they though the water may be getting through. That didn't fix the problem so they sent another crew out and the roof leaked they were done as well.

I just want others to be aware of what I went through to prevent someone else from having to experience the same thing.

Danny T. the salesperson was very experienced and pleasant to talk to regarding our shingles and flat roof replacement job. The roofing job started as scheduled and these work crew was like a well-oiled machine. Before removing the old roof, our pool was covered with plastic material, and our concrete brick driveway was protected with plywood where their trash/supply trailer was parked. The crew kept the work area clear of debris and nails throughout the workday. Manny, the supervisor visited the site daily and gave me an update. Our house is about 50 years old and the original plywood was thinner and sagging in most area. As agreed, another new layer was installed. The entire job was professionally finished in 3 1/2 days. Carlos stayed personally involved throughout the job, his crew was professional and respectful, and they did a great job protecting and cleaning up the property. The finished roof looks beautiful. What impressed us most were the little things. They repaired a small broken section of fence, helped with a few minor extras without nickel-and-diming us, and were very accommodating throughout the entire project. Carlos even allowed us to put a couple of larger household items into their dump trailer while it was on site at no additional charge. He also followed through after the project by registering our GAF warranty and providing the paperwork for our records. We had come home from a short time away and discovered a leak from a rainstorm, of course right over our bed. We have a large roof but only wanted to repair the large sections where we thought the leak was focused. No problem. Tiles lifted, old paper removed, new paper laid and some previous shabby workmanship dealt with. Also, according to newer code, vents were installed. The work was completed in less than three days, the final bill was within a few dollars of the estimate, and the only reason for that was some material costs which could not have determined before the old paper came off. We have a lot more roof to confront in th3 future and there is no doubt who will be doing the work for us.
