I contacted Brandon of Precision Roofing and Property Management, as my neighbor had them do his roof recently. He gave me a fair quote and said that they could do it on the next Monday or Tuesday. Monday was a heavy snow day so he said Tuesday. I believe that was the coldest day of the year, like 3 or 4 degrees. Brandon and his crew shoveled snow of the roof, stripped the old roofing off both house and garage, and replaced with a new color matching roof in one day. He said that they cleaned up what they could - there was six inches of snow on the ground, they would return in the spring. Chris from the crew came out and did a great job of cleaning and picking up the nails with his roller magnet after the snow was gone. He did a great job!
