The maintenance crew is the only good thing about this rental agency. They were quick to fix everything. However, the cleaning team DOES NOT actually clean their places. When I moved in, the carpet was disgusting, had paint all over it, wood chips in it and felt grimy. The window ceils were filled with dead bugs, and completely disgusting. White ceils were black with dirt. My trailer had a fire place and it was completely filled up with old ash that I had to clean out. Cobwebs were all over the walls. It was a mess. Then when I moved out they kept $150 of my security deposit for cleaning when I actually cleaned the place. I washed the walls, vacuumed, wiped everything down, etc. I have pictures to prove it. They were unwilling to work out an understanding when I was wrongfully charged. I'm a pretty easy going person so for me to leave this negative review means something is wrong...Never renting or recommending them to anyone ever again. read more
