A tech of theirs snaked our line from the roof for a blockage, then ran water down the kitchen sink drain that was not closed properly. That several gallons poured out under our kitchen sink and right down into our basement ceiling (1st time ever). Never have we had this issue, nothing was broke, just not secured properly. Technician didnt say shit about that, a simple acknowledgment would have been fine. I know mistakes happen. It would have ended there...but they lie... Nah, he doubled down saying there was a leak he couldn't get to. POS!!! He said we needed to get a carpenter in to cut the drywall around the basement stack to find a leak that never existed. So we did, then another plumbing service to find a leak. They were very thorough and did not find any leaks in the area assnuts flooded. They told us to get back with A&J to make them cover the cost of repairing the unnecessary drywall cutting. Of course they won't make it right, we are just one customer. But a lot of us... Apparently, everything is a preexisting condition. Hire at your own risk, lots more business won't be done with this company because they were wrong and cost us so much more in time, money and stress then they were worth. The snaking of the drain was all we needed done in the end....should the need arise in the future, I recommend you take your business to another company.
