Tried calling x5 about the seal, but he wouldn't answer, return my call, or respond to texts. And found out from a better electrician that he was supposed to change the main breaker when he changed the HECO connection so now have to repair the roof, install a NEW connection to HECO line, AND install a new main breaker. Organizing a time for him to come check out my unit for an in-person quote was easy. He was patient in answering all my questions and I trusted his judgment in decisions regarding aesthetics or what made most sense. After the initial visit, Josh promptly sent the quote which was very detailed. I had a question on editing something we had previously discussed, and he had no problem accommodating with a new quote to reflect the change. Shortly after approving the quote we scheduled dates for him and his other guy (Jesse?) to come and get the job done. Overall I'm super happy with the new fans and extra outlet. Because we have concrete ceilings, wire moulding was inevitable. Nevertheless, Josh made the visible track as minimal as possible and we're really pleased with how it turned out. I also appreciated how they vacuumed, wiped down surfaces, and even disposed of all the fan boxes for me after the job was done. The final invoice was spot on with the quote and was easily paid via credit card immediately after he wrapped up. Pricing was the best quote I received out of all the other electricians. Dan installed a 17" bowl height toilet, and we have a 2" high bidet on it adding it to just shy of a 20" toilet seat height. Dan came in, assessed the job, and went right to work. He's definitely the guy, as he assembled, installed and operated to ensure no issues. Dan was right on time, was great about prepping his area where he was working and cleaned up nicely.
