We normally go to "Q", however being that we had limited time that day, we wanted to play laser tag, but eliminate the long drive. We arrived at Laser Kingdom around 1pm and found that the open session starts at 1:30, so the kids played some of the arcade games. There was a birthday party there, however they do a great job separating the birthday party and the general public. Sadly, there was no other people in the open session that day, so it was just us four playing, which my daughters actually loved since they had full access to the arena. (We played 2 vs. 2.) The arena is a little smaller than "Q", however the mechanics of playing is easier, since there is no need to run back to your base and 'recharge'. (Just wait 5 seconds and you are back in the game.) - My daughters actually found the experience here more fun than "Q". I found the staff extremely friendly to my kids and myself, and Steve was great. Very personable and accommodating. (There's some comments on here which are very contradictory. He is really super nice at the front counter.) If I could offer any advice or suggestions, it would be the following: - Some of the games in the lobby seemed to be broken and been down for some time (basketball, etc.) - Try and get them all fixed up! - Bring the atmosphere of the arena into the waiting area. I understand it's the waiting area, however make it darker, add some colored lights that move and scan the lobby... The energy should start in the lobby, not in the arena. - Build up a presence on social media... Create a buzz! I know there's a Groupon, however I'd love to see the place jammed with kids playing. My kids had an awesome time, however I had to search this place out... I didn't see any advertisements in my face saying 'this is a must to go and play this weekend!' I have a ton of more thoughts and ideas and would love to share and contribute!

If the place wasn't closing at 7PM, I know he would've stayed even longer! This playplace is located in a strip mall, with plenty of free parking. You go in through the DMV area and walk all the way down the long hallway and it's to your left. Check in was quick, you sign the waiver via QR code and get matching stamps with your child. I thought it was a little odd that they charge for the adult (although not as much as a child's admission) as most indoor playplaces, the price for the child includes the adult admission since most of the kids are too young to be running around on their own inside. Like, I wasn't going to drop off my child and not go in kind of thing. The admission price is for the WHOLE day which is a great deal. The inside at first doesn't look that big but the climbing structure itself is HUGE as in it goes up a lot of levels and spans the entire place almost. There's a section for 4 and under which is really cute. Plenty of seating for the adults throughout the place which is nice. Adults can go into the play area to supervise their children though I didn't but it didn't seem too cramped for a full sized adult to maneuver around. Pretty often I would see a staff member vacuuming/wiping down the place and the place overall is very clean. There are well kept clean bathrooms by the front of the playplace. There is a separate food area by the front for eating/drinking and the food is reasonably priced although doesn't taste anything special. Food and drinks for sale include things like pizza, quesadillas, grilled cheese, popcorn chicken, bagged snacks, coffee (no decaf), bottle drinks, juice boxes, and freezer products like ice cream. There's also three separate party rooms that look really cute for birthdays. In conclusion, this is a great indoor playplace for kids maybe up to 10 years old and I would highly recommend this location! I haven't been to the other ones but I believe this one is the newest. I'd even consider having a future birthday party here. Note: Remember to wear socks (both adults and kids) otherwise you need to purchase.

I like it for the following reasons: 1. It caters to older kids and younger kids. So if you have kids who have a bit of an age difference, it will appeal to them. There is also a seprete section for babies to 4 year olds. 2. There is a 1 way in, 1 way out situation. You get a stamp upon entry like at chuckie cheese. It is monitored by staff and they check to make sure that adult and child have the same stamp before leaving. The latch to get out is on the staff side, so no accidental unlocking a from kids 3. If you are a parent who needs to follow thier child through the climbing structure. It's not that bad. I am a short mom and I can easily stand and walk through most parts without having to hunch over. I also like that there are ropes on the side of most step ups to help us older folk climb. 4. Food is reasonably priced and is affordable. The menu offers up all food that kids eat from pizza to nuggets 5. The chairs are comfortable. If your a parent who needs to sit, at least there are comfy chairs to sit your aching muscles in. 6. The place is very well maintained and clean. You will continously see staff cleaning and vaccumming every surface they come across. Now for some look outs before going: 1. The slides are fast. Kids love it but there is a potential for boo-boo's. 2. It appears small, but the place is big and you will lose your child at some point. It is a maze in there. I suggest establishing a meeting point that if you get split up and your child needs you, they will know where to look for you. 3. Bring grippy socks. Socks are a requirement here but not the ones with grips. I suggest that you bring some as it will help everyone climb better. 4. They do not allow you to bring in outside food. You can bring in water bottles and baby things, just not food. I wish the coffee selection was a bit better as I had to throw out my Starbucks cup before entering. 5. This place is a little hidden and you do have to go through the doors that say dmv. It is at the end of the long hallway next to the swim school. Overall I love this place and highly suggest going . You purchase a card (for $3) and can add money to play the dozens and dozens of claw machines and even arcade games. It's a bit expensive BUT trust me, you win on these machines!! The claws have rubber tips that allow you to grab the plush. The plush toys are great quality as well. Some are name-brand. They give you free large bags to carry your plush toys and you can even trade in smaller ones to get bigger prizes at the counter. The store is large and clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. This was a very nice experience and so fun. Note though, it's not an all day activity. It's too expensive. Figure an hour or an hour and a half! Let's Claw!!

They accept credit card or cash ($25), you sign the waiver and you're good for the whole day. There are cubby holes for your shoes at the entrance and a gate separating that area to the indoor play area. The indoor play area is pretty big and very clean with a cute jungle theme. I went there recently when it wasn't busy and the one staff member that was there would tidy up every so often. They have a trampoline, slides, ball pit, tricycles, little cars, etc. There's also 2 bathrooms in the back. There's several seating areas along the side for the adults and two small tables with chairs at the front to the side if you wanted to sit down to eat a snack. The place also sells some little trinkets/toys, small snacks and has some refrigerated drinks as well as some freezer goodies. Overall, this is a great place for a little one to expend some energy! For the price of $25 per child (one adult included), it's a great deal especially since you can come and go for the day. P.S. Remember to wear your own grip socks otherwise you're going to have to purchase.

When we arrived, I had to put my daughter down to sign the waiver on the mounted screens, and she immediately ran right into the play area before I could even follow her in. That was stressful. I also really did not like that the front door was left open the entire time we were there. For a place full of small children, it felt way too easy for a toddler to wander out. Another thing I noticed was that there were no employees anywhere throughout the actual play structure. Staff stayed near the front entrance, but inside it was mostly up to parents to manage everything. Since many parents of the older kids were not inside the structure with them, I found myself constantly having to step in when bigger kids cut in front of my toddler on slides or knocked her over. I understand kids will be kids, but I do think the place could benefit from having staff occasionally monitoring the play areas and reinforcing basic rules. Overall though, the actual space is incredibly impressive and really fun for kids. With a few improvements related to safety and supervision, I think it could be even better.
