Chuck E. Cheese is filled with a fun, upbeat atmosphere for all of your family, kids, friends! Pals had an event fundraiser, which seemed to help keep the place busy. When you walk in, all employees are ready to take your order. Whether it be for tickets to play, food or booking for a party of any size. We'll definitely be back!

Celebrated my nephew's 2nd birthday here! The establishment was clean and environment was safe for the kids to run around freely. Pizza was good and fresh but pretty pricey. Kids really enjoyed themselves. I gave 3 stars because of the bounce house. I do not think the price for a pair of socks should be $12 per child and they not have the option to wear their own socks. So parents are forced to pay $12 and if not kids were walking away crying and upset. For this reason I don't think I would return with my grandchildren or family.

I had my Daughters 2nd Birthday here, and we had a blast! We purchased the reserved table, party package bundle 'Mega Birthday Star' it cost $24.99 per kid. We paid for 6. It was the best value, and included; 2 Pizzas, 6 collectible cups, 6 playcards with 2hrs each on them. 6 Goodie bags, 6 dipping dots, 1,000 tickets , go in the birthday blaster. We had her party on a Thursday and if it's during the week they don't make you leave the party section so you can stay in your table even if it's past the two hour time limit. So I thought that was really cool our house this was Mariah she was amazing she took care of everything. We also added the vanilla cake, it was so moist and creamy, and tasted pretty good. The pizza is always good, i really like the stuffed crust. This location has a ton of games, it always spits out tickets. Cant wait to come back, and be a kid!

Tonight was the greatest night ever. Dominique and Jada went above and beyond for my kids. They made our experience to be the best ever. The experience was so great the kids was hoping to stay another hour just to hang out with them. Dominique and Jada define what it means to have hospitality in a business setting. They were polite and very helpful with the kids. You can tell they cared about the work they does. All the service they provide this evening was exceptional. I think the only time me and family would come to this place is when they are working. My kids are already asking when are we going back because of those two who made our evening.

Took my 17 month old here and he loved it. The food was a bit pricy but we did enjoy the Italian sub and French fries. I am new to the area and was glad to find a place for my son to play indoors close to our home. I wish the bathroom was cleaner, it smelled strongly of pee and the floor was sticky ( but what do you expect). I read the other reviews and had to laugh out loud. If you go in the morning like I did then you will not have any safety issues. While there we spoke to a lot of nice people, the staff were especially nice.

Kid and teenager me would have loved it... the sarcastic 10 year old wanted board games to improve her experience. After considering- I agreed. I would add some chess and checker boards and a few other board games. Or a few Atari games... The epitome was the McDonald's $1 double cheeseburger sign. I asked to order it: they didn't have cheeseburgers, all things are more expensive and everything is not as healthy. I am not wishing for cocaine Coca-Cola or other "medicine" in Dr Pepper. $1.50 for a can of soda is a big jump for a corn syrup from the nickel advertising of a sugar sweet memory. The epitome of the place was playing shuffleboard with the 10 year old. I was trying to play with a sense of touch. She was playing with the idea of creating a highlight reel of knocking my pieces off. I beat her because the idea of the game escaped her. To look back at Asteroids was a shock. Realized that it was just black and white, 2 dimensional game with only a few buttons to control it. Overall I walked still a fan of the glossed over experience. I remember being a broke kid wanting to play unrealistic games to escape from reality. Now I wish for the sugar rush I used to have.

The Neutral Zone is located inside Chesterfield Mall. If you are not familiar with the mall, it's important to know that it no longer functions as a typical mall. There are a few businesses still there, mostly providing entertainment (movie theater, pickle ball, The Neutral Zone, etc.), but besides the Cheesecake Factory, you will not have other places to grab food, etc. while there. We arrived to the Neutral Zone, gave our voucher info at the front desk, and headed into the arcade. There are several retro games there to play (Donkey Kong, Pac-Man, Frogger, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, racing games, Dance Dance Revolution, and more) as well as two skee ball lanes (only one was working at the time). My husband and I enjoyed playing some games from our childhood and competing with each other to see who could remember how to play what. :) We enjoyed ourselves while there and played all the games we wanted to, but we didn't stay more than an hour to an hour and a half at most -- which was fine with us, but if you were paying full price ($19.95) it would have been disappointing. All in all, I found it to be a fun evening but not something we would probably return to very often. For the retro gamers out there, check them out -- or give them a go for something different to do with your significant other.

The layout was a bit confusing: some of us wanted to play games, so they used the kiosk to do games and food, but other than that, there wasn't a host anywhere until you walked through the building. It was odd. So, we walked to the game area and was told to go to the "restaurant" area host...which was easier said than done. Anyway, we figured out which person was the host and was seated. First off, our waiter was great: attentive, helpful, and funny. He was also very honest, which is refreshing for people like us. My fiance and I ordered the pretzels for an appetizer, and they were so hot and awesome. Like, I could've easily eaten just that for dinner! My fiance ordered the five cheese flatbread, and it was rather bland. It really wasn't very warm, either. I ordered the black bean burger with regular fries, and neither were warm at all. We had waited quite awhile, so it really wasn't going to work sending it back. We just ate it even faster since it was basically room temperature. I can say thw black bean burger had a great flavor, as did the BBQ sauce I ordered on the side. The fries, however, were bland and just didn't feel fully cooked, if that makes sense. Just very boring. We walked around the game room, and if we come back, it'll be for the games. The food was good, but I'm really not a huge fan of cold food when it should be warm. I'm pretty happy the pretzels were on point though!
