There are very minimal things to do if you don't get one of the expensive passes or if you have small children. The positives are what my kids were able to access they had fun especially the zip line attraction and it was easy to keep track of your kids in the space.

I asked if I could call anyone else and the woman I spoke to said "no, it says in your contract you have to call before your payment comes out." But I already did that process. It's SO expensive to spend one day there, so figured the passes would be a better deal. Feels like I got tricked and scammed.

They do things like take the gifts and shoes up at the front door in a locked rolling cart to the party room while the kids start jumping. The parties have the kids jump first, and then meet in a room for pizza, juice, gifts, and cake. They supply the paper plates, cups, and napkins and do all the clean-up from the party.
